名词解释:

[离岸价格] 又称FOB价,即装运港船上交货价格。是Free On Board(……named port of desfination)的缩写,意为装运港船上交货(……指定装运港)。它是指卖方将货物在指定的装运港越过船舷后,办理出口清关手续,就算完成交货义务。

[到岸价格] 又称CIF价,即成本、保险费加运费价格。是Cost,Insurance and Freight(……named port of desfnation)的缩写,意为成本加保险费加运费

(……指定目的的港)。它是指卖方须支付将货物运至目的港所需的运费和费用,但交货后货物灭失或损坏的风险及由于各种事件造成的额外费用即由卖方转移到买方。此外,卖方还必须办理海运货物保险。

【 询盘enquiry/inquiry] 是指交易的—‘方打算购买某种商品,向对方询问买该项商品的有关交易条件。

(发盘 offerl 向一个或一个以上特定的人提出的订立合同的建议,如果十分确定并且表明发盘人在得到接受时承受约束的意旨,即构成发盘。

[还盘counter-offer] 受盘人在接到发盘后,不能完全同意发盘的内容,为了进一步磋商交易,对发盘提出修改意见用口头或书面形式表示出来,就构成还盘。

[佣金] 是代理人或经纪人为委托人进行交易而收取的报酬。

[折扣] 是卖方给予买方的价格减让。从性质上看,它是一种优惠。

[数量条款] 是规定买卖双方在交货数

量及与之有关的权利和义务的一项重要条款,它主要涉及成交数量的确定、计量单位和计量方法的规定,以及数量机动幅度的掌握等内容。

[装运港] 是指货物起始装运的港口。

[目的港]

是指最终卸货的港口。

II 询盘常用语

1. As we are in the market for …, we should be pleased if you would send us your best quotations.

A) Translate the part in Chinese into English, using a relative clause, in which the relative pronoun is used as subject or as object of a preposition.
