河北宏博牧业公司隶属北京保吉安集团。该集团是国家大型农业产业化龙头企业，在新加坡和香港上市的公司。今年4月份，保吉安集团在威县投资建设河北宏博牧业公司肉鸡产业化项目。该项目总投资10亿元，占地300多亩，集种鸡、养殖、屠宰、饲料加工于一体。按1000万只鸡存栏，4000万只鸡出栏，可实现产值25亿元，利税2.7亿元，带动20000人就业。
该项目分两期建设。第一期投资5.4亿元。其中，投资4000万元建设年产36万吨的饲料厂。投资2.5亿元建设日屠宰18万只肉鸡生产线及相关配套的1000吨速冻、4000吨保鲜冷库。投资2000万元建设6000万只孵化厂。投资6000万元建设15万套种鸡场。投资1.6亿元建设20个标准化养殖小区和200个养鸡大棚。第二期投资4.6亿元发展生物肥和熟食生产加工产业。全部投资计划准备在5年内完成。
截至目前，该项目已完成投资6268万元。饲料厂占地40亩，建筑面积17000平方米，第一条生产线已调试完毕，拟定9月15日以前生产。投产后，日产饲料600吨，可供饲养520万只鸡。屠宰场面积15000平方米，单班日生产能力为15万只肉食鸡，内部地面正在硬化，屠宰设备已经进行了招投标，冷冻设备已经订购。
公司现已建成两个种鸡场，总建筑面积16000平方米，今年8月份已进种鸡7万套、9万只。引进美国罗斯308和艾维茵种鸡，年产优质良种肉鸡雏1000多万羽，总收益在1亿以上。可一次性育雏7万羽。标准化养殖小区已开工建设4个。

In accordance with ISO9001 Quality Assurance Model, the Group established quality assurance system which has been effective in operation for a decade. It has a good control of the processing of design, production, installation and service. 宏润重工拥有生产和试验设备700多台套，检验实验设备覆盖了从原材料、标准件、半产品到成品的各项常温性试验、检验项目。生产设备中的6000吨、4000吨、3500吨、2000吨大中型液压机，1400吨推力的中频感应推制机，大型成排弯机，150吨桥式吊车，最大厚度为200mm的大型卷板机，可进行TIG+MIG等焊接并有工业电视探伤的系统弯自动生产线，18台数控车床，大型加热炉和热处理炉，公司具备国内先进的自动化程度较高的设备能力。 Hongrun have more than 700 sets of production and the test equipments, the

presses, 1400 ton thrust force intermediate frequency inductions pushing machine, the row up large-scale bender, 150 tons bridge cranes, large-scale plate bending rolls machine which greatest thickness is the 200mm, the above mentioned machines may carry on TIG+MIG welding and the industry TV crack detection system curved automatic production line, 18 sets of numerical control lathes, the large-scale heating furnace and the heat-treatment furnace, the company has the domestic advanced automaticity high installed capacity.
为更好地满足军工、火电、核电、石油、化工、输气等行业对不锈钢、高合金钢、输气用X80及特殊材质大口径无缝钢管和热模锻的需求，公司在保持其P91、不锈钢等级别材质大口径厚壁无缝钢管制造的同时，又研发了能垂直挤压口径超过1320mm，壁厚超过200mm的五万吨挤压机。该压力机公称压力为5万吨级，动力2.5万千瓦，工作台面7米×4米，压力机开口8米，行程2.5米，自身重量8000吨,是目前国际上热挤压吨位最大的液压机。该装备投入运行将大大提高我公司的制造能力和大口径厚壁无缝钢管的技术质量水平，设计产能为10万吨。
The company for better meet military, thermal power, nuclear power, petroleum, chemical industry, gas industries of stainless steel, high alloy steel and X80 for gas and special material with large diameter of seamless steel tube and hot die forging demand,Company in maintaining its level of P91, stainless steel material large-diameter thick wall seamless steel pipe manufacturing, and meanwhile has developed 50000-ton extrusion machines ,it's vertical extrusion caliber more than 1320mm, wall thickness more than 200mm .The press nominal pressure for 5 Megaton Press, motivation is 2.5 million kilowatts, and worktable's surface's size is 7 meters x 4 meters, press openings is 8 meters, distance of travel is 2.5 meters, its weight 8,000 tons, is the current international hot extrusion largest tonnage hydraulic press.This equipment is put into operation will greatly improve our manufacturing capability and large diameter thick wall seamless steel tube technical quality level, designed capacity is 100,000 tons.

宏润重工高度重视新产品、新工艺、新技术的研发，建有自己的研发机构-技术研发中心。该研发中心拥有高级工程师13名，工程师27名，助理
工程师34名，高级技术工人30名，中级技术工人139名，持证焊工126名，无损检测及理化人员58名。具有A级锅炉、重型压力容器、冶金水冷设备、高压管道、管件等产品的设计能力，共研发新产品30多项，其中17项取得科技成果证书，5项取得国家专利证书，三项产品填补了国内空白。

The center has13 senior engineers, 27 engineers, 34 assistant engineers, 30 Senior Technical, 139 intermediate technical workers,126 certified welders, 58 non-destructive testing and physical and chemical personnel.With the A-boiler, pressure vessel, metallurgical equipment, water-cooled, high-pressure pipes, pipe fittings and other products, design capability.
