如何写一封建议信
建议信主要是向对方（单位或个人等）提出建议，以便对方接受自己的建议，从而解决有关问题。英语的建议信至少要分为三段。
第一段：要开门见山，让收信人明白写信人要提的建议，要用概括性的句子说明提的是什么建议，同时一定要有礼貌。
第二段：说明提出建议的理由。注意陈述理由是要条理清晰，分层展开。
第三段：为书信的结尾，通常要用客套话来表达祝愿、希望对方采纳自己的建议或希望自己的建议对对方有帮助。
