Nowadays, immigrating is more and more popular. People may immigrate for the more beautiful environment, the more suitable policies, the more comfortable life styles, the more developed society or other reasons. Actually, every coin has two sides. So does immigration. On one hand, immigration can contribute to the progress in countries’ internationalization. It is also effective for cultural exchange and national cooperation in economy. On the other hand, immigration also can cause brain drain, which is a great loss to a country. Meanwhile, in the cultural exchange, cultural conflict is always unavoidable. So we must complete immigration policy and improve our own conditions to control the immigration and retain talent.

所以我建议大家，
不管你现在的生命是怎么样的，
一定要有水的精神。

不断地冲破障碍。
当你发现时机不到的时候，
把自己的厚度给积累起来，
当有一天时机来临的时候，
你就能够奔腾入海，
成就自己的生命。
