第一节 常见的面试问题
1. 请做一个自我介绍。
在准备中英文自我介绍时，请君注意：
1） 不是流水帐，而是突出讲自己学习和工作经历中的两到三个亮点；
2） 不用形容词，不做自我总结，而是用事实去让对方总结你是什么人；
3） 不是只谈论“我有多么优秀”，还要大谈特谈自己对该公司该职位的了解，要告诉HR“为什么爱上你”！HR的心理期待是：说吧，说你爱我吧……，甚至于，你准备如何爱我呢？你为什么比别人更适合我呢？
4） 请准备1分钟和3分钟两个版本的自我介绍。
经典3分钟自我介绍举例：

点评：这份自我介绍有两个决胜因素，第一是把自己的缺点变成了卖点，自考的学历本来稍占劣势，但是被于柳巧妙地转化成了符合新东方文化“从绝望到希望”的一个大优势！第二是有备而来，带来了自己过去的作品和为新东方“免费”策划的宣传文案！令人感动到鳄鱼泪下！
（2） 我叫萧峰，祖籍山东，20##年毕业于兰州铁道学院，专业是火车头设计，主要是使用计算机软件进行火车头设计,所以我毕业后逐渐转行从事软件工作。（点评：第一部分，简单介绍个人信息）因为三个理由我相信自己胜任贵公司的工作。第一，我有近三年的软件实施经验，实施过出版社、流程行业、机械加工行业等管理系统，总实施金额达几百万元。第二，值得突出的一点是，在实施软件项目时，我擅长说服客户接受我们既有的软件程序，而不是频繁进行非必要的二次开发，因此我所负责过的项目按合同期限完成的占65%，这是我们公司的最高比例。第三，我具备技术开发、项目实施、销售三方面的综合能力，我从事过C++和JAVA开发，我负责过的两个项目都成功签定了第二期软件服务合同。综合上述三点，我相信自己是和佳所需要的人！我对和佳十分向往，是因为和佳每年都能签到数百万元合同额的大单，担任这样大项目的负责人，是我的目标！谢谢大家！

（1） 即使你准备了完美的答案，回答问题时既不可太长，也不可太快，要给HR留出思考和提问的空档。“//”表示你可以停顿时间稍长，以便HR提问。
（2） 你所答的优点，一定要是所申请的职位所需要的优点，如果你应聘部门经理，说自己最大的优点是“性格随和”，恐怕难以令HR满意，HR更关心你是否有能力领导一个部门开拓进取，而不要一个满大街都有的随和先生。
英文回答：My biggest strength is my thinking habit, that is, I think hard to find ways to achieve better results. I continually ask myself, “How can this be done more effectively, or faster, or more easily? My motto is “Work smarter, not work harder.” Of course I don’t mean working hard is not important, but working smarter brings better results. // For example, when I was sophomore I was once hired by a MP3 shop to hand out advertisement sheets on campus. 3. 你有什么缺点？

（1） 我的公开演讲能力比较差，在公共场合讲话的时候我会感到紧张不安,不过谈论我熟悉的领域我会比较放松。所以当我需要做公开发言的时候，我必须要准备得很充分。我确实羡慕那些无论什么话题都能够高谈阔论的人。
英文回答：I am not a great public speaker. When speaking in public I feel uncomfortable unless the topic is familiar. So I have to be well prepared before giving a presentation. I do admire those who can talk about anything any time.
（2） 我觉得我的一个缺点是说话太多，总急于表达自己的观点，我同学说我有些好为人师，爱出风头。我的确注意到，由于自己说得太多，就会忽略听别人的意见。所以我在笔记本上写了一句话：“少说多听”！结果有些滑稽，即使我觉得自己说得很少，我的同事也会说：“恩，你挺活跃的！”印象是很难改变的。

（4） 我有时候急于求成，或者说做事爱急躁。一旦接手一个任务，总是想要尽快把它赶完，东北话把这个毛病称做“恨活儿”。可能您觉得我故意把缺点说成优点，不过我确实觉得“恨活儿”是个很大的缺点。所谓欲速则不达，忙中出错，比方说我刚工作的时候替老板打一份加急报告，心急火燎地弄完了，结果被臭骂一顿，因为有几处不可原谅的拼写错误，有一个我到现在还记着，把“试图”打成了“屎突”，也不知道电脑怎么会自动生成这个单词，把我害惨了， 回头再检查改错还不如第一遍做的时候细致一些。所以我总是提醒自己：第一遍做好了，不返工。

（5） 我有时候会设立不切实际的目标，比方说一个月减肥10公斤，一个小时把表格打出来。其实这么高目标很难完成，不过我仍然喜欢定高目标，没有高目标好象就没有动力似的。不过，我的老板有时候会批评我做计划不够实际。
英文回答：I set unrealistic goals sometimes. For example, lose 10kg in a month, or finish typing a form in an hour. The truth is that I know they are hard to achieve even when I am setting them, but I can’t resist doing so for I need to be motivated by aiming high. （6） 我的缺点是容易受到周围人和周围环境的影响，比方说，大家都学习我也就学得很拼命，大家纷纷找兼职，我也开始做兼职。我发现自己很难改掉这种从众心理，所以我特别希望自己能加入腾讯，因为据传说，腾讯的企业文化是特别积极向上，而且，虽然我比较从众，但我并不缺少腾讯所需要的创新精神。
英文回答：I am likely to be influenced by the environment. I study hard when I find everybody else studying hard, and I start looking for a part-time job when I find others talking about how important it is! I find it very hard to break this habit of being influenced by others, so I particularly want to join Tengxun. As far as I know Tengxun is famous for the active corporate culture. I’d like to add that though I am a follower, I don’t lack innovative thinking which is what you need.
