三年级一班英语学科工作总结
(20xx年至20xx年下期)
从事三年级英语教学工作已经足足一学年了,比较之中发现了兴趣对于学习的重要作用。作为特岗老师,在50多个人的大班课堂开展教学工作并非易事,这一路来,我从了解孩子们的学习习惯和课堂心理以达到管理和控制课堂的目的,到重新制定教学目标改善教学措施,终于在学期末的时候取得了一定进步,现将这学期的教学工作总结如下:
概述
本班人数58人,少数民族人数居多。该班学生对外界环境的接触较少,甚至个别学生对外面的世界就一点接触也没有。由于语言交流的障碍学生的汉语理解能力就不强,又是初次接触英语,对英语完全没有概念,再次是教学条件的限制对小学英语这块教学来说真的是一个难题。学生已经三年级的学生以前的一些不良习惯也不易改正,要把他们教好不仅仅是学习方面,这便是一个更大的挑战。 成绩
从知识掌握程度上来说,呈现两极化的趋势,部分孩子的英语水平确实得到了很大提高,完全达到了我的教学目标所设定的要求,比如说我班的立尼克左立同学,在期末考试中轻松的取得了好成绩;但同时,有些同学知识掌握程度仍很不乐观,我做了简单的分析,这些同学往往别的科目知识掌握程度也不高,可能是学习水平低下的原因,对于这方面的问题,我会以心理健康老师的身份通过谈话法来帮助他们解决。
从学习兴趣的角度来看,是一个总体上升的趋势,特别是和上学期比起来,可能是由于教学措施的改变,孩子们的学习积极性总体提高了,这个可以从课堂纪律和写作业的情况中体现出来。
经验和教训
我起初设想课堂尽量全英化,可以在一定程度上培养孩子们对英语的兴趣,同时形成良好的语感;另外,创新运用各种不同英语教学法来辅助教学,开展一些有趣的活动、游戏让学生在轻松的氛围中学习英语,我认为这是在小学教学中最有效的教学方法;我还一直坚持努力创设英语情景和环境,使学生们在一定的英语语言环境里习得“第二语言”。做到“生活中有英语,英语中有生活”;最重要的是要鼓励学生大胆说英语,肯定他们的进步(尤其是英语基础不好的学生),树立学生的信心,培养学生朗读和书写的习惯。
来期打算
加强学生基础知识的训练,端正部分学生的学习态度。从学习兴趣方面提高学生积极性。在课堂中,我一般会多教授chant和歌谣或小故事,充分利用教科书中的课文创设栩栩如生的英语情景。
