一．试题分析

本次测试题主要模拟全国卷的命题形式，根据本校学生实情，稍作改动。试题内容覆盖面广，遵循英语教学大纲，但不拘泥于模块七。命题坚持面向全体学生，注重考查基础知识和基本技能。试题立足课本，立足英语的实际运用。即使是对语法的考查，也坚持突出语境，强调语意。体现了课程标准中所提倡的交际性和实用性。试题语境化，充分体现英语语言的运用与交际，注重实用性。符合课改要求。

从学生的答卷中分析，很多学生不注重词汇的学习，尤其是对一词多义的单词的学习。体现出学生整体对词汇的学习及积累显得很薄弱，很不扎实。感到学生在识记方面有很大的困难，这直接影响到学生对英语知识的运用。

二.前半学期工作小结

（一）好的方面

教师方面

1.能全面发挥备课组的集体力量，坚持集体备课；

2.坚持以教材为主，教辅资料为辅，根据班情，大胆整合取舍教学内容，分层布置作业的教学方式。

3.充分发挥学习小组的帮扶作用。

学生方面

1.由被动学习向积极主动学习的转化；

2.注重书写的美观大方。

（二）不足之处

教师方面

1.由于基础弱的学生面广，经常进行全面抓，效果不明显；

2．不能及时掌握学生的心理学习动向，因此不能给予及时的帮助；

3.作业面批的覆盖面小，部分学生重复性的错误多。

学生方面

1.厌学，放弃的心理顽疾难以克服；

2.零星点滴学习，无计划，无系统，只学不回头现象普遍，起不到温故知新的作用；

3.潦草书写，敷衍学习，应付心理强；

4.学生在平时付出了时间和精力进行知识点的积累，但在考试中不会迁移运用知识，应试能力不足。

5.从单词拼写得分情况分析，学生对教材的重视程度不够，对教材内容的消化领会很肤浅。

三．反思及今后改进教学的主要措施

1.帮助学生养成良好的学习习惯，指导他们掌握有效的学习方法。

①坚持每天朗读，学会背诵的有效方法。

②利用每天的零碎时间反复多记忆单词，学会记忆单词的多种方法。同时，培养学生背诵课文的习惯。

③学会观察语言现象，总结语言规律（如通过例句总结出词的用法）。

④养成良好的作业习惯（整洁、独立完成），掌握各种解题技巧。 ⑤坚持预习，学会看书，积极思考，大胆质疑。

⑥学会记笔记和整理笔记以及错题。要求学生继续做好错题收集的工作。

2.强化词汇、阅读训练，夯实语言功底。

对于词汇教学，把派生、转化、合成三种方法运用到词汇学习中，同时坚持长抓不懈，不断反复，及时巩固。本学期继续抓住教材的词汇，同时适当扩大英文报刊的阅读量，以扩大词汇量、增强阅读能力。

3.短文阅读是吸收信息、学习语言、提高水平的最有效途径，因此，提高学生的阅读理解能力是教学的重要目标之一。本学期将有计划地补充课外阅读文章，让学生在大量阅读中提高阅读理解能力。

20xx-11-27 试卷分析

1阅读题

题材新颖、贴近生活，包括难相处的人、沉迷于电脑后的人际关系、丰富的词汇与成功的老板、心脏移植等。所选话题大都是学生感兴趣的话题，选项的设计尽量保持这样的原则：在真实阅读的过程中读者到底要接受或找寻什么样的信息，不同的读者阅读，可能会得出怎样的不同的结论，然后围绕这些内容进行设计。从学生反映的情况来看，基本达到了设计的目的。学生普遍反映文章本身阅读性很强，难易适度，但是要想深入却不是那么容易，需要认真辨析，反复琢磨，吃透文章表层的和隐含的意思以及作者的话外之音，才能获取正确答案。其中C篇较难,65题、67题学生得分较低。65题考查学生对句子的理解力。学生没能很好地理解该句，不善于抓句子主干，其实这句的主要部分就是there are certain factors in success that can be measured. 67题实际是考查学生对文章中心的把握以及把握文章段落之

间的关系。学生这方面能力还比较欠缺。因为前面讲的是词汇重要性，那么接着最后一句Your brain power will increase as you learn to know more words. 应该介绍怎样扩大词汇量。还有D篇中的第68题,是涉及到全文理解和推测,

2 单词拼写

学生错误主要问题是因为不能从句子的整个情景去思考用哪个单词, 或者是不注意词的形式等, 那证明学生学习单词时不注重单词的运用。这可能与学生孤立地背词汇表的习惯有关，学生不善于在诵读课文的过程中识记有关单词。另一方面与老师检查词汇的方法有关，如果高中老师依照一味运用单词听写的方法，而不是用听写句子的方法，客观上会助长学生这种不良习惯的形成。

3.书面表达

该书面表达要求学生根据汉语提示,结合自己经历写一篇anything is possible的文章。与课本内容相符。学生能写全要点。但学生在表达中出现的错误有：1、审题不明，误用体裁 ：部分学生平时缺乏训练，写作前又未能认真审题，以致出现逐句翻译的现象。用1、2、3、4罗列要点的形式。2、语病较多：有些学生写作时，因缺乏相关的词汇、语法与习惯用语知识，语句表达错误较多。暴露出基本功不扎实，语言规范较差的弱点。3、字迹潦草，难于辨认

高二上半学期英语期中考试总结

一、试卷分析

试卷难易程度适中，特别是阅读理解，5篇阅读，其中2篇属于附加题，难度由易到难，区分度很好，学生能读懂，能拿分，但是想拿高分却需要较好的基础。学生在阅读表达上基本能得6至8分，得分率较高。试题知识面覆盖较全，分布到位并非常仔细，把握每个单元的英语知识分轻重的对学生进行了考核，尤其在试题内容中采取了灵活变化的形式，充分体现了不仅仅是单调考知识内容，而是考灵活运用知识的能力。但是相对普通班而言，没有把低重心运行的理念贯彻到底，以致学生考试成绩相当不理想。

二、学生考试情况分析

经分析，有的学生得分较好的是单词拼写题，失分较多的是完形填空题以及阅读表达，还有作文写作也失分较多主要是在失分在卷面书写上，普遍较差。

三、教学现状产生的原因及改进措施

从这次考试情况来看，一定程度上防范了两极分化的现象出现，但是也体现出了一些问题。经过平常的课堂教学的巩固工作和复习阶段的努力，学生在对阅读和单选题水平上都有了较大的提高，但个别语法知识的掌握还不够牢固，尤其是个别题目反复做过几次也没能把握好，阅读表达解题能力也相对较弱，也与平时的不够重视和练习较少有关，针对这些问题和现象，在接下来的下半学期要采取的措施有：

1、帮助学生树立学习英语的自信心，增加学生学习的积极性还是至关重要，尤其是要以鼓励和表扬为主，要保证课堂教学质量以及学生的听课质量，做到“双向促进”。

2、教学过程中在以巩固基础知识为前提的基础上多注重开展运用能力的训练和练习，多帮助学生做到“学以致用”。

3、充分利用周天晚的30分钟时间加强查英语词典的训练和每天30分钟英语文章的背诵练习。

4、注意对优秀学生的引导和创造能力的培养，拓展他们的知识面，培养他们运用语言进行创造的能力。

5、继续抓好对后进学生的辅导与帮助，尤其是这次期中考试不及格的学生要重点帮助和跟进。
