研究“90后”大学生的思想行为特征,制定相应对策,既是加强和改进大学生思想政治教育重要而紧迫的任务,也是增强大学生思想政治教育实效性和针对性的现实课题。从调查来看,“90后”大学生体现出了新的思想行为特征:思维的自主性增强,思想更加活跃、富有变化和时代气息;关注社会主流价值观,取向更务实多元,但有时过于实用化;善于利用网络,获取信息手段丰富,但有时过于依赖网络;社会责任感增强,激情和理性交织,但有时过于以自我中心;民主意识、独立意识及竞争意识强,但缺乏团队协作精神;个性张扬自信,喜欢表现自我,但有时过于标新立异;心态开放乐观,易接受新事物,但承受挫折能力欠缺。这些特征打下了深深的时代烙印,体现了独立性、选择性、多变性和差异性。
当前社会对“90后”大学生的认识与评价存在误区,要从社会变革、家庭环境、学校教育及自身成长的角度深入解读“90后”大学生思想行为特征的成因,客观看待“90后”大学生对思想政治教育的影响,按照“突出针对性、把握规律性、增强实效性”的要求,创新思想政治教育内容,高扬社会主义核心价值体系;改革思想政治教育方法,增强思想政治教育的科学性、针对性、实效性;拓展思想政治教育空间,打造网络思想政治教育阵地;强化“以人为本”教育理念,把解决思想问题与解决实际问题相结合;突出自我教育的作用,帮助他们实现自我完善;加强校园文化建设,创造良好的育人环境。

It is an important and urgent task of strengthening and improving the ideological and political education when studying the thinking and behavior characteristics of “after 90’s" college students and formulating corresponding countermeasures, simultaneously, it is also a realistic subject of enhancing its affectivity and pertinence. According to the survey, “after 90’s " college students reflect new features in acting and thinking. For instance, more independent and active in thinking with rich change and period flavor; concerning more about the mainstream values of society with a more pragmatic and multiple orientation, yet sometimes too practical; good at making use of the Internet and gaining information by various means, while over-reliance on the network sometimes; with more sense of social responsibility, but sometimes too self-centered; with high sense of democracy, independence and competition, but lack of the spirit of teamwork; with more confidence and outward-looking and enjoying self-expression, but sometimes too unconventional; open and optimistic and easy to accept new things, but lacking in the courage to face the frustration. All the characters which embody their independence, selectivity, variety and diversity are stamped with the times.
