一、英语应用文写作“5C原则”

1．concise 简洁：语言简洁，开门见山

二、书信写作技巧：一个中心，两个基本点

一个中心：

以完成任务为中心。题目中所有的细节必须涉及到，所有的问题必须回答

两个基本点：

第一、在考试中，无论遇到哪类书信，或者无论题目中有任何要求，都要牢记下列三个要素：

1．明确指出自己写信的目的

2．清晰、准确地陈述事实

3．使用符合该中书信的语言

第二、写信的基调

高考书信写作要在一开始就定下。信的基调。开头要明确地表达自己的感情，说明写信的原因。信的中间部分要将所讲述的事情和收信人联系起来。

为了使语言感觉真切，需要运用一些写作技巧。如人称上的变化，即“我”和“你”。告诉收信人“我想和你一起工作”或者“我有一个问题希望你能帮助我解决”让两个人都成为信的主角。然后，找一个方式把双方的利益通过“we”这样的人称代词联系起来。注意不要过多地使用第一人称。一封充满了“I”、“my”的信是不会使人感到亲切的。

三、信件的基本结构：

第一段 简单介绍自己（要与写信的目的保持一致）、你和对方的关系、写信的目的

第二段 具体详写题目中所列的信息（可以适当添加细节以使行文真实可信）
