1.    The basic conditions before alteration.

Before alteration: Beijing Zhendong Medical Technology Development Co., Ltd. registered in Beijing Administration for Industry and Commerce. The registration No. is 1101062045534(1-1). The address is No.3, Haiying Lu, Fengtai District, Beijing. The legal representative: GENG Xiaole. Registered capital: RMB 10,000,000. The economy nature: Limited liability company.

2.    The alteration conditions of registered capital and invested capital.

Before alteration: Beijing Zhendong Medical Technology Development Co., Ltd. was established by the investment of GENG Xiaole, JING Dayong, SONG Gengfu, LI Hongbo and DONG Jianqiang. The registered capital is RMB 10,000,000, which is all current capital. The detailed condition is as follows: GENG Xiaole invested RMB 2,000,000 in currency, JING Dayong invested RMB 2,000,000 in currency, SONG Gengfu invested RMB 2,000,000 in currency, LI Hongbo invested RMB 2,000,000 in currency, and DONG Jianqiang invested RMB 2,000,000 in currency.

  

The altered contents: According to Beijing Zhendong Medical Technology Development Co., Ltd.’ s articles of incorporation and decision of shareholders’ meeting, increase the registered capital from RMB 10,000,000 to RMB 30,000,000, all of which is current capital. The increased capital RMB 20,000,000 is invested in currency by GENG Xiaole, JING Dayong, SONG Gengfu, LI Hongbo and DONG Jianqiang. In which: GENG Xiaole invested RMB 4,000,000 in currency, JING Dayong invested RMB 4,000,000 in currency, SONG Gengfu invested RMB 4,000,000 in currency, LI Hongbo invested RMB 4,000,000 in currency, and DONG Jianqiang invested RMB 4,000,000 in currency. The above capital is totally RMB 20,000,000, and has been deposited into account no. 4001201010499-50 of Beijing Commercial Bank Fengtai Sub-branch on Jun.13, 2000.

After alteration: The investment condition of Beijing Zhendong Medical Technology Development Co., Ltd. is as follows:

GENG Xiaole invested RMB 6,000,000 in currency,

JING Dayong invested RMB 6,000,000 in currency,

SONG Gengfu invested RMB 6,000,000 in currency,
