不去健身房,在家做型男!

时间:2024.4.20

在每天健身前进行有氧运动(慢跑)- 减脂神器 ,其实打打羽毛球,游泳都可以 慢跑完就开始无氧运动 就是体形塑造:

1. 30分钟每天7组俯卧撑 一次20个效果最好是 做一天休息一天,因为胸肌是大群肌,需要休息 恢复。

2.仰卧起坐,也是7组,一组20个,腹部肌肉不像胸肌 腹部一天便可恢复,所以天天可以锻炼。如果还想锻炼到腹内外斜肌 可以做侧卧起坐。锻炼腹直肌 当然仰卧起坐不同姿势效果不同,最好的就是蜷腹-屈腹起来,下去时候背不要碰到下面

3 哑铃-锻炼二头肌 一天5组 一组15个

注:无论仰卧起坐 还是 俯卧撑 每组间隔 最好控制在1分中左右,如果实在不行 太累,那就在2分钟

4:重点!!!锻炼结束后1小时左右 吃2-3个水煮蛋 甚至根据你锻炼的程度可以更多 不吃蛋黄 只吃蛋白,锻炼完肌肉身体急需大量蛋白。
