　　应该入狱：

　　因为犯了罪就必须接受相应程度的惩罚，而入狱无疑是最好的方式，也是最有震慑力的举措，能为那些预谋犯罪的人敲响警钟。而相反的，如果犯了罪不用入狱而只是进行劳作，那必定不会构成多大的震慑效果。

　　也应该开展劳作或学习一些技能：

　　第一，监狱并不仅仅是个接受惩罚的场所，相反的，许多罪犯在出狱后仍然再次犯罪作案，正是因为入狱后罪犯反倒学到了更多关于犯罪的知识，并不能真正有效或是从根源上解决犯罪问题，并不能预防问题。第二，如果多对罪犯开展教育培训等，这能为他们提升自我，真正改头换面做准备，出狱后有能力寻找新工作，重新开始生活，这对于降低犯罪率自然有很大的帮助。调查表明，许多罪犯出狱后会再犯罪的一个很大原因就是因为与社会脱节，不具备各方面的技能等。
