2012-2013学年第二学期期末考试补考的通知

为做好上学期期末考试补考工作，现将有关事宜通知如下：

一、考试时间

1.专业课：9月16日前结束补考工作。

2.公共课：9月16-18日，具体安排见附件1。

二、成绩录入

本次成绩录入依然是使用老教务系统，教师登录系统后点击课序号大于“900”的课程,然后录入补考成绩，具体录入办法见附件2。20xx年10月1日前结束补考成绩录入工作。

三、注意事项

1、请有考场的院部提前做好补考准备，按考试要求清理考场，开考前15分钟打开考场。

2、各院部根据监考员安排表选派责任心强的教师担任监考员，监考员提前20分钟到教务处领取试卷，严格执行监考守则，认真填写考场记录，考试结束后试卷由开课学院的监考教师带回各学院阅卷。

3、请于9月13日下午16：00前将监考员名单报教务处。

4、考试时考生必须持准考证和学生证按时到指定考场参加考试，两证缺一不可入场，迟到30分钟者禁止入场，开考30分钟后方可交卷。9月13日下午来教务处领取准考证。
