一、假条的上方应该按照正式的格式写上如下信息：

To：假条是递给谁的 To: Peter Stone,

From：请假人 From: Lynn Chen, Financial Department Date：写假条的日期(注意不是请假的日期) Date: April 2nd, 2006

Subject：写上请假字样 Subject: Casual Leave of Absence

二、在您的请假信第一段，应该开门见山但是有礼貌地提出请假。第一段要中心明确，写清您要请假的日期。

Peter, I would like to know if I could ask for a casual leave of absence for one day on April 4th, this Wednesday.

第二段范例如下：

This morning I received a telephone call from my dentist, urging me to come to his practice for immediate treatment of my teeth. I have been experiencing a stinging pain, depriving me of my sleep during the past fortnight. The situation could worsen, should infection occur. Concerning my workload: As Wednesday is not as busy as the other weekdays, I think a one-day leave this Wednesday may be the best solution. 在假条的最后一段，应写上您希望获得准假的句子，或者具体等候答复的时间。 Thanks. I will call you at 1:30p.m. or you can call me at any time. Mr XX,

请假条相当于公文中的"请示"，它是因事、因病或者因公请求领导或相关负责人，准许不参加某项工作、学习、活动的文书。它比请示简便、灵活，格式可以固定，也可以不固定。请假条因为请假的原因，分为请病假和请事假两种。它是公文写作的一个很重要、但经常被人们忽略的一个应用文写作，无论是学习，还是工作，我们都离不开请假条，请假条的意义可大可小，很多人往往不够重视，所以造成了很多笑话。请假条的内容包括"标题、上款、正文、请假时间、下款"。

请假条格式：

标题：居中写《请假条》，用来表明此文是用来请假的。

称呼：平时怎么称呼，这里就怎么写，后面加冒号。这个地方往往是领导、相关负

责人等。

正文：请假理由。直接写请假的原因，起止时间。如果有什么事要交代，也可以在写完请假原因之后接着写要交代的事情。正文写完后要加祝颂语，祝福对方，这个是所有公文里表示对对方的友好。

署名：写在正文下右下方第三行处。如果是学生向老师请假，在名字前面加上"学生"二字。

日期：写在署名下面，另起一行。也可以不写年，最好在月日下面写上上午或者下午，也可以写上时分，必要时加上地点。

写作要求：请假条最重要的内容是写明"请假原因和日期"，一定要写明确，不能只写"因有事请假"。

第二篇：Long holidays are good for us students英语辩论长假有利于学生

Long holidays are good for us students.

A: Today we are going to debate on Long holidays are good for students . In my opinion , long holidays are good for students

B: However, I don’t think so. I believe that long holidays are not good for students .

A: Personally I think , long holidays are good for students . There are some reasons as follows : in one hand , long holidays can let us have a rest adequately . It is well know that full rest is conduce to study . In the other hand , during long holidays , we can do some practices ['pr?ktis] to abundant our experience.

B: I’m afraid I disagree. Personally I think long holidays are harmful for students. Some students haven’t enough possessiveness. They may have many activities in long holidays, so that they will waste a lot of time on leisure and affect their learning.

A: All right , but don’t you think long holidays will offer the students more spare time . It can help us to make a reasonable arrangement about learning and living . In this time , we can do some houseworks to help our parents and reduce their burdens ['b?:d?n] . we can go to trval with our parents and have more family time .

B: I feel the same way but that’s not entirely true. Not everyone can make a reasonable arrangement. As I have said some students aren’t enough possessiveness and they may spend all time playing games.

A：But I think long holidays are the best opportunity for the students to practise . It can let students as soon as possible to be familiar with community and earn some money to help their family . There are a lot of summer jobs for the students to abundant their experiences . B: As an old saying goes, everything has two sides, I think long holidays disadvantages are more than benefits. They are not necessarily able to combine study and work. They may neglected their study because of practice

A: I don’t think so . Speak for myself , students can read some extra

['ekstr?] books at home to increase their knowledges.What’s more , they can broaden their mind by travel . It is a good way for the students to get close to nature and get rid of the study pressure. B: Well, you’re got a point there. Another point is that long holidays will break up our biological clock. When the holidays are over , they will find it difficult to adapt the school time. They will feel so tired. It is so hardly to get focus on study. what’s your view on the matter？

A: I’m agree with you , but as you say everything has two sides . during the long holidays you can have a rest fully . You can relax youself by doing something you like . You can get close to the nature and breath the fresh air . Don’t you think the long holiday is a good chance ?

B: I don’t think so. I see we have different opinions. We can travel and relax ourselves in short holidays. We can get close to the nature and breath the fresh air in short holidays too. We don’t need the long holidays to do this thing. Short holidays can bring the same effect. A: Now let me summarize my discussion [dis'k???n]. Long holiday is our spare time . Althought you say some students who havn’t Self-control may waste [weist] their time on playing games or others , there is no denying the fact that long holidays have a lot of advantage . During the long holidays , we can have more family time , we can do some practices , we can have a rest , and so on . I still think that most students will get correct use of long holiday . So in my opinion , long holidays are good for students .

B: No matter what, I still think long holidays disadvantage more than benefits. As you said, during the long holidays we can travel, we can have a rest , we can read some extra books at home, (and so on). However, we can do this in short holidays. We don’t need the long holidays. In my opinion, the long holidays will waste a lot of our time and it don’t suit the lazy students. Some students will may have many activities. It will affect their learning. All in all, I think long holidays are not good for students. That’s all I want to say.
