2、职位不同 重点不同

本科专业是基础学科,研究生阶段改投经济方向,找工作的时候,目标很明确就是与金融管理和战略管理有关的职位,所以本科专业一笔带过。郑涛简历的指向性也非常明确,突出管理实践经验,因为面面俱到等于没有重点。

3、成绩处理 避免短板

郑涛在校时的排名没有进入前三名,而顶级投资银行非常看重学生的成绩,在这方面处理的比较巧妙,只写百分比,排名在年级前5%以内,这个成绩基本可以通过。 郑涛将成绩用奖学金表达,比较明智,其实能够获得专人设立的奖学金应该是非常优秀的。同学们在处理成绩时有几种办法,成绩好的,写GPA和排名,成绩一般 的只写排名或者获奖状况,而单科成绩好的,最好把学科成绩列出。

4、实习经历 有所取舍

并不是经历越多越复杂就好,大部分同学所作实习都是和专业或求职相关的,所以一般人的实习经历都比较对口,但有很多同学因为实习经历浅薄,就把家教、导游、编程和管理等一大堆风马牛不相及的经历编到一起,这样容易让人认为你的职业规划不清,容易弄巧成拙。

5、学生职位 不要抄袭

有两个同学同时应聘一家大公司,两人在校职务撞了,结果被发现,两人都被公司拒掉。所以千万不要抄袭职位,即使必须写出担任职位,也一定要写自己能胜任且有兴趣的职位,而且面试前一定要准备好自我陈述,让面试者信服你的经历。
