摘 要
企业文化是企业发展成熟到一定阶段之后,企业领导人利用其个性化的价值观和经营理念教育全体员工,将全体员工的价值认同和行为方式整合成统一的价值体系和行为准则的文化管理模式。企业文化是社会文化与组织管理实践相融合的产物,是西方管理理论对组织的文化价值、经营理念、管理过程与组织长期业绩的关系的重新整合。任何一种管理模式都有它适用的条件,都有其利与弊。其有效性不可能脱离与之相匹配的生产方式和社会文化的发展,所以,要正确看待国外企业文化形成和发展的社会经济条件,应将其放置于中国传统文化的变革之中,结合中国的现代化进程,才能把握中国企业文化发展的趋势。因此发展中国的企业文化一定要立足于中国文化的背景,结合我国企业管理实践和现代化进程,同时也要借鉴国外关于企业文化研究的理论和方法,建设有中国特色的社会主义的企业文化。不难看出中国企业文化建设过程中的误区主要有注重噱头和形式、忽略内涵个性混同于企业精神、脱离企业管理混同为传统文化,用于企业管理。为了加强企业文化的学以致用,中国企业要加强企业文化研究,正确地处理好企业文化与社会文化的关系,注重企业环境变化对企业文化发展的影响。

Abstract
The enterprise culture is the enterprise development to a certain stage, enterprise leaders to use their personal values and business philosophy of education staff, culture management model will be the way the value identity and behavior of all employees into value systems and behavior criterion of unity. The enterprise culture is the result of the combination of social culture and organization management practice, re integration of Western management theory on organizational cultural values, business philosophy, management process and long-term performance. Any kind of management mode has its applicable conditions, has its advantages and disadvantages. Development, its effectiveness cannot be divorced from the matching mode of production and social culture, therefore, must correctly treat foreign corporate culture, the formation and development of the social economy, it should be placed in the Chinese traditional culture change, combined with the China modernization, to grasp the development trend of China enterprise culture. Therefore the development of Chinese enterprise culture must be based on the China cultural background, combined with the practice of our enterprise management and modernization process, but also to learn from foreign theory and method about the research of corporate culture, building Chinese socialist enterprise culture. It is not difficult to see that Chinese misunderstanding in the construction of enterprise culture mainly focus on gimmicks and form, ignoring the connotation with the spirit of enterprise, from enterprise management with traditional culture, for enterprise management. In order to strengthen the enterprise culture Chinese learn in order to practice, the enterprise must strengthen the enterprise culture research, correctly handle the relationship between enterprise culture and social culture, pay attention to the change of enterprise environment influence to the development of enterprise culture..
