After finishing the movie 2012, a character left a deep impression on me. The character is Yuri, the Russian billionaire. Although he is not the leading role in the movie, the character is portrayed very real in my opinion. According to the dialogues in the movie, we can know a lot of him.

He was an excellent boxer in the past, so he has a strong body. He also works with a good brain, so he can own great wealth. Now we can say Yuri is a successful man in business.

When disaster comes, a man true self is showed out obviously. In the whole process of escape, he is always very resolute. After getting the message that the No.3 boat is without hope, he strikes managers down and leads all the people running to the No.4 boat. At that time, he shows his good judgment. So in terms of ability, Yuri is an excellent man.

原声电影对英语教学的辅助作用

摘要：英语原声电影，融图像、语音、文本字幕等多种信息传播介质于一身，在现代英语教学中得到了广大英语教师的青睐。本文主要围绕着英语原版电影的引入对英语教学的意义，将这一媒介应用于教学时应注意的方面，学生的反馈以及存在的问题等几个方面进行讨论。

关键词：英语原声电影；英语教学；英语学习，教学电影选材

众所周知，学习语言的最好方式莫过于置身于目的语言环境中，学习外语比学习母语困难，其主要因素在于学习者缺乏将所学知识在实际生活练习与应用的机会。正如著名语言学家乔姆斯基的观点：“一个人只要身处某种语言环境，就具有习得这种语言的能力”。大量接触目的语言，无疑有助于学习该语言。但第二语言的习得又不同于母语习得，母语习得是在真实环境中，通过大量语言信息的刺激，自然习得的过程。而外语的习得是在母语习得的基础上，通过大脑思维的一系列心智活动，有意识地学习的过程。

对于中国学生而言，恰恰缺少这种融入英语语境的机会。那么，原声电影的引入则为英语教学开辟了新的途径。在英语教学中利用英语原声电影作为教学手段已不再是一个崭新的课题，广大高校教师，甚至包括为数不少的中学教师正在这方面进行着积极的探索与实践。越来越多的人开始注意到，电影本身不仅仅作为一种娱乐方式存在，还可以在外语教学中作为一种授课手段被利用。

一、原声电影的引入在英语课堂中的意义

1、有助于激发并培养学生对英语的学习兴趣

兴趣是学习的动力，现代学生对于英语的学习相对被动，积极性比较低。传统的学习方法让他们认为英语是一门枯燥的学科，所学的范围也只是停留在书本上有限的词句。原声电影的引入使他们摆脱了单调的书本知识，融入于电影曲折的故事情节中，使学生学习中的被动性大大降低。

2、有助于学生对英语发音的正确认识

英语电影的语言多来自不同地域、不同社会阶层、文化程度的人们之间的对话，是最接近现实生活的语言。这些贴近生活而且相对简单的对话似的语言，不仅了增强学生英语学习的信心和兴趣，还可以通过与画面、情节相结合的方式加深听觉印象，使学生感知地道的英美发音。理想的外语环境是促进学生学好外语的重要条件，原声英文影片恰恰提供了这样一个学习正确发音的环境，让学生在耳濡目染中模仿英美人士的语音语调。

The moral issues proposed by artificial intelligence

In the movie, a diversity of robots were created to meet human's need. And when the first robot with emotion like humans is going to be produced, someone raised a question: what responsibility should human take for robots who are created to love human? In fact, it's really a great challenge in traditional morality.

What happens if we begin to create a robot that is capable to love likes us? It means that we would be more struggling to regard robot as an animate lives or just a tool to feet our needs, especially an intelligent object just cries and laughs exactly like us. The two choices represent two divergent attitudes towards robot. Emotionally, it's natural for people to regard robots who are so similar to us as our friends or families, even closer than pets. They both have feelings and emotion. For intelligent robots with emotion, they work, talk, and even love as we do. However, rationally, robots are just artificial machines designed by human, and made to serve us, which give human a great appetency to control and rule them, using as slaves or even tools. Apparently, it's difficult to tell which attitude is right definitely for now. For the reason that, when there is a novel controversial object shaping in the process of technology, traditional morality tends to wake and needs to develop.

This is a ture story of a young man,Brad Cohen.He is a great orator,a great teacher and a great writer.For such a man,we think he is successful.For now it’s ture.but in his childhood,he is not successful. This film is about his childhood.Brad Cohen is the held who was born with a disease called Tourette syndrome.At the beigning,The held’s father can’t put up with his bad diseases for he is just always making terrible noise wherever he is.When taking the classes the teacher telles him not to making the

noises,but he can’t help it.So everyone hate him except his mother.His mother always encourage him but it can’t help he escape the pain.Until one day his headmaster told everyone in his school realized the reason for his behavior.At this moment,Brad Cohen have a deram that everyone think he can’t success.This dream is he want to be a teacher. When he gruated form a famous college.Find a job is a big challenge.Although this is difficule,he did it.He find a job and a girlfriend. My Big Fat Greek Wedding 电影：我盛大的希腊婚礼 My Big Fat Greek Wedding is a movie about the heroin , Toula , who is a Greek woman and failed to marry a Greek boy ,falls in love with a non-Greek men .Despite the fact that her family ,especially her father , disagrees, they make every effort and manage to fight for their love, which is what true love should be ----without boundaries , regardless of age ,nation ,race, or whatever…

In the movie ,Toula is expected to marry Greek boy ,make Greek babies , and feed everyone until the day she dies ,which makes me think about women’s status in our old China .Greek women have the role in common with our traditional Chinese women in their family ---they do the cleaning ,cooking ,washing and so on.

Many people say that the United States is a big melting pot for the reason that after immigrants were there for some time, they may become Americanized, and differences gradually melt down .But in the movie My Big Fat Greek Wedding, the Greek family keep their own customs and identities. We can conclude that each country has its own culture. 《当幸福来敲门》观后感 这部电影没有华丽的场面，也没有极佳的构思，甚至没有美女帅哥的表演，看完了整部电影，我仿佛唯一的印象便是，奔跑，一直在跑，为了工作，为了孩子，为了生活??是由当今黑人投资家chris gardner真实故事改编，获20xx年奥斯卡最佳男主角提名奖。

如果你还不知道如何成为一个好父亲，请细细品味《当幸福来敲门》，你一定会获益良多；如果你处于事业的低谷，请排除杂念，仔细斟酌《当幸福来敲门》，你一定会有所感悟；如果你一事无成，把握不住人生的方向，请务必告诉我，我会推荐你看《当幸福来敲门》。
