在为期六天的ERP培训结束了，尽管时间不长，但在这个过程中使我对于企业运作，企业管理和经营方面有了一定的认识，对于CEO这个职位有了更深的了解更多地对企业经营管理的感性知识层面有了深切的体会。

在沙盘模拟训练中，我认为多犯错误收获更大。不管你犯了多少低级可笑的错误，暴露了多少自身存在的缺点，有多少决策和执行的失误，都不会给企业造成任何实际的经济损失。但是模拟经营中那些痛苦的教训和失败的经历却能令我们在特定的竞争环境下，与实战相比更深切并且具体的体会。这在我们以后生活中会有更好的体会，错误能够让我们成长，能够让我们在以后的路上少走一些弯路。 每一次我们出现争执的时候，我都非常开心，这都代表着我的团队的每一个人都会非常有想法，他们能够讲出自己理由，在他讲的过程中我们也都认真去听，把他没考虑的问题薯片给他听，然后有些也是我所没想到的地方，这就像是一个互补的过程，在这个团队中谁都有发言权，不管他对或错，因为他是对这个团队有益的。每一次在做决策的时候，我们都很认真，分析每种结果，在最开始的时候，由于对ERP还有些生疏，随着后面的慢慢的进行，我们的凝聚力也在增加，对局面的控制也越来越好，团队在此显的尤为重要，通过学习我看到战略思维是从始至终都应该在组织成员的意识和行动上有所把握，即从整体上来思考问题，远比各管一摊有效率得多。

沙盘模拟培训的设计思路充分体现了企业发展必然遵循的历史与逻辑的关系，从企业的诞生到企业的发展壮大都取决于战略的设定。要求管理团队必须在谋求当期的现实利益基础之上做出为将来发展负责的决策。通过学习，让我深刻体会到了现实与未来的因果关系，管理者必须要承担的历史责任，学习运用长期的战略思想制定和评价企业决策，而且必须有诚信的职业操守。

ERP提倡主动性，在基本教材和课程导学手册范围下，让你自己去自学探索，自己发现问题，提出问题。因此我们有极大的自主性去挖掘自己所需要的知识，去有针对性地完善自己的弱点，而不是在老师牵牛般学习。在这过程中，我感觉极大的锻炼了自己的自学能力，在自主选择的上机操作中，我极大的提高了自己的操作能力，这些，都是宝贵的财富。

这次准备时间极其仓促，所以对于备考的流程就不赘余了，如果有人一点没看，但迫不得已必须在10~15天内走上战场的可以交流一下。

但可以的话还是建议多花一些时间吧，毕竟记得看一个帖子时，楼主问15天可不可以搞定作文，有人跟帖说：你当全球最难得的英语考试就是这么混过去的……我当时只有12天但却各种茫然不知所措中。当时的无奈感啊，真是这辈子都不想感受了。

跑题了，细说一下考试的流程吧。

简单来说就是：

1．准备好你的2类证件、考试的房间号（8528，8529，8530）、带一支笔

2．提前到场，填写保证书、确认单，听考试要求，存放东西

3．排队，确认个人信息，签字、开考

4．考试部分：学习软件、问卷调查、笔考地点、Issue、Argument、4所送分学校

5．签字，拿东西，交钥匙，取证件，走人

具体部分，有一些繁琐：

我的考试时间是10:30a.m.星期五，鼎钧大厦。唯一好的就是以考完就可以彻底放松周末的信念拼过那些枯燥的日子。

有人建议需要提前很久到场，比如8点左右就到。

我觉得是没有太大必要的。因为之前会有其他场，你太早到会和上一场的人在一起，虽然早一步了解了流程，但不保证心情不受影响。我怕出问题，所以9:30a.m.到的那里。骑自行车去的。

建议G友考前用百度地图查一下自己的行车路线，心里踏实一点，甚至有人建议提前踩点，当然前提是你有时间，追求完美终究不是什么错误。

要注意苏州街上路边的小指示牌，鼎钧大厦是从一个巷子走进去才能到的。虽然名字不错，但等真的看到那栋顶多七八层的楼时，心情还是多少失望的，而且一栋小楼，各层干的事情都不一样，唯一的感觉就是虽然你准备参加的是一个甚至能决定你命运的考试，但这个世界上没什么人会因为你而停留而关注，每个人有每个人的生活轨迹，彼此并不交错。又跑了……
