高中英语研修总结

为了早点提高自身的业务素养,我积极投身网络研修的学习当中,通过这次研修学习,学了不少知识,为我营造了一个广阔的学习天地,使我掌握了先进的教育理念知识和方法。通过研修,使我明确了现代教育的本质,明确课改对于教师提出了什么样的素质要求。我通过深入学习,从而明确了作为一名教师必须不断的提高自己,充实自己,具有丰富的知识含量,扎实的教学基本功,否则就要被时代所淘汰,增强了自身学习的紧迫性,危机感和责任感,我觉得在理论的形成方面有大幅度的提高。在研修的过程中也让我明白一个道理:要培养学生的创新精神、合作意识、个性特点等最重要的素质,要使学生得到最全面的发展,要使每一个学生都得到最有效的培养;就要有新的教学理念,就要有新的教法,就要有新的教学课堂形式。新教学要有新色彩!在教学活动中,要做到“教、学、做”合一,教师不仅要向学生传授知识,更要引导学生养成自觉地寻求知识、获取知识的能力。下面是笔者在教学实践与研究中的几点体会。
一、 更新理念,转变角色。
如何在课堂教学中发挥学生的主体作用,作为一名英语教师,首先要有责任感和神圣感,打破“师道尊严”的圣框。学生是否发挥学习主体作用,与教师的态度密切相关。一般学生总喜欢笑口常开、和蔼可亲、幽默善导、宽容赏识的良师,而心底里拒绝神情严肃、心胸狭隘、苛刻责备、讽刺挖苦的教师。所以教师更新理念,改变角色非常重要。
学生的学习大部分是在课堂上度过的,“课堂教学是主渠道”。 我们要树立以人为本的教育理念,树立正确的教育对象观,摆正自己与学生的关系,放下架子,放松面孔,创造和谐融恰的课堂气氛,以民主、平等的态度面向全体学生,用真情实感激发学生学习的热情。让课堂成为学生表演的大舞台,教师只起点拨引导的作用。学生好奇心强,求知欲旺,他们敢不敢问、愿不愿问、善不善问,取决于我们教师教学的成败。
新课程理念要求我们培养学生在积极学习的过程中开动脑筋 ,学会学习。只有让学生真正成为学习的主人,才能逐渐形成“自主、合作、探究”的学习方式,各方面素质得到全面发展,成为时代需要的合格人才。
二、激发兴趣,培养信心。
“兴趣是学习之母”,没有兴趣是学不好英语的。因为有兴趣,学生就会产生积极的情绪;为满足好奇心,学生要看、要听、要想、要问,思维也被激活。教师精心设计教学,就是要激发学生学习的兴趣,并在成功的体验中使学生的兴趣受到保护和激励。教师要善于通过各种手段,找准教学的切入口,诱发学生的求知欲。
1. 创设情境,激励兴趣。
作为一名英语教师,在新教育理念的指导下,应创设多种多样的教学情境,运用情境引入、启发式谈话引入等激励学生主动参与,用外部刺激引起学生学习的直接兴趣。实践证明,多种情境的创设,可以调动学生的情感,激活学生的思维,促使学生萌发强烈的探究欲望;
在自信心与自主意识的驱动下,掌握学习的主动权,在广阔的时空中,展示个性,寻求发展,获得成功
