20xx年是朗润集团锐意进取,更好更快发展的一年,作为集团的餐饮部在公司大的发展环境下,也在迅速成长,现将餐饮部20xx年的工作汇总如下:
一、 完成餐饮制度的制订,修改,颁发,同时决定用员工餐
饮卡取代餐票。
二、 取消两荤一素的工作标准餐,实行选餐,让员工在一定
程度上选择更加多样化,吃的更健康
三、 小餐厅正式开业,接待公司客户,合作伙伴等,树立了
良好的企业形象。
同时,拟计划将在元旦前配备齐休闲厅的设施,尽早开放休闲厅,让员工可以有更好休闲场所,同时洽谈业务的氛围也可以更加和谐。
餐饮部员工食堂为了提升员工满意度,也进行了数周的问卷调查,在菜品种类,口味上进行调整,尽量满足多数员工的要求。
为了节约成本,食堂正在进行调研考察对比,改换蒸饭车,炒菜灶,届时将节约月用气量30%。
当然,我们也有做的不到的地方。员工食堂未能满足员工的正常需求,部分员工觉得未能满意,针对这些,食堂厨师也在不断摸索,力求达到员工的要求。小餐厅方面,也有不尽如人意的地方,未能按客户真是需求去安排餐饮,在此方面,需要加强培训,训练业务技能,更好的为公司服务。
