1.money  you should be aware that you need to choose your major wisely if money is your sole motivation. Not all careers pay equally when compare to the education required to enter them.

Having a university degree gives you a competitive edge over those who do not.  3.Employability. Believe it or not, those with degrees are much more employable than those that do not have them. There was a time when the trend was to employ those who had experience over those who had education. 4.Confidence. There is nothing quite like believing in yourself. Getting a four-year education is one way to build confidence not only on a personal level but also on a professional level. For most young people, though the diploma can’t change their fate, but if you do not go to college, the opportunity to change the fate is even slimmer. We are in the age of the knowledge economy, we all know that though knowledge can’t change all our fate， but it would still have universal significance.

"Work experience" is hard to match with the job in order to meet the needs of society, many of the students had to use study time or part-time to participate in social practice, in order to accumulate experience. They feel that even a short work experience, will also add your resume and exciting future stroke. Facts have proved that these part-time tutor or commodity promotion through the accumulation of "work experience", only style and no substance, little consistent with the profession, and it is far from the employer requires of a "practical experience.

Much of what the college-educated employee has studied has not been directly related to their field of work, but has helped enlarge the individual's horizons, promoting a broader and more enlightened view of life, and most importantly, a greater ability to think critically and make wise decisions using the critical thinking skills obtained in college.

正方一辩： Firstly，I want to say :It is our pleasure to be a student of Funny. Secondly I

want to thank Funny for her guidance. Also thank every for making efforts for the debate.

As far as we are considered. Personal ability is more important for hunting a job than

interpersonal relationship.

Firstly. On the surface, a person who has personal ability appears to be confident. And the

character from him would give others a deep impression. Supposing you have a special character

like that, you will have an advantage over others when interviewing. In a word, there is no doubt

that you will be more possibility to have accesses to a job if you're possession of ability.

Secondly. Whether we have the opportunity to be capable of the job depends on

interviewers who give us a interview. Who do interviews give a post to? Why is somebody

employed? Obviously, people who will bring more profits to the company are always

welcomed .Only people who has ability could create more values .And in this way can the

employees meet the demand of the company. In a word, every company put emphasize on what

you will bring instead of who you are. In other word, the company is willing to bring in people

who have personal ability instead of interpersonal relationship.

The last but the least, From the consideration of personal feeling, everybody is eager to

receive acknowledge from others and fulfill himself to show their own values. And people are

Interpersonal relationship, simply say to people is the mutual exchanges, mutual

cooperation. Society is a big collective, individual force is small, but if combining small power

together through exchange, it will be easier. Cooperative society needs more interpersonal

relationship. Companies are looking for someone what he can bring to the company, as long as

useful he is, the company will use him, not just rely on the ability to judge , on the contrary,

interpersonal relationship can be useful in cooperation and exchange which can bring the

Firstly, good interpersonal relationship is very beneficial to our work, a good

interpersonal relationship is half of success, if you do not have a good interpersonal

正方四辩： First of all, we should have a clear understanding on personal ability. It mainly concludes the ability to express, the ability to carry on, the logic ability and all kinds of professional abilities.

As a student graduated from school, when we leave our school, the next thing is to find a job.

As we all know, a job not only needs our specific understanding about the work that is professional abilities, but also a confident spirit that still comes from personal ability. Because personal confidence always depends on ourselves and never others. So we can say personal ability is more important in this step.

Then, we enter a company,. Maybe we have access to the job, ignoring the real ability the company has asked. Maybe you just do it by yourself. In one word, you have a job. Congratulations!

Now, I have some question to you: why do you want a job? You may say because we have to live. Yes, quite agree with you. And why we choose the job?
