1. 和H相识是通过他们总公司的一个业务经理M, 和M是在去年年初开始联系的,不过

仅限于询价、报价、图纸和跟踪, 经过反反复复的报价、追踪却不下单之后,我开始厌了,这时候我们已经联系了差不多一年了。从今年年初开始我都再没收到他的询盘,之间时不时会去几封邮件问候问候也顺便打探下情况,但是一直没收到回复。我差不多要放弃这个原本我很期待的客户。

2.正当我很失落几乎准备放弃的时候,H的邮件来了

心满意足了,自己的努力没白费,心里还是乐乐的。

就这样收到了这个客户的第一单,从报价到下订单总共用了三天时间, 不得不佩服下这个客户的神速,这样的客户你多来点吧,姐稀饭,哈哈。

紧接着赶紧应客户要求给客户准备图纸, 又发了PI给他, 随后确认图纸, 产品商标等细节问题,终于在一切都落实之后将生产单下下去了。

5. 之后为了配合客户能早日交货,我整天奔波在车间和办公室之间,催进度,监质量,因为这个老美的要求可不低。 中间因为交货期的问题没少跟生产部门磨嘴皮子,整天求爷爷告奶奶让他们加快进度,幸好这个还是客户用来做库存的,客户也没怎么催进度,比进度更注重的是质量,一切搞定之后,终于在拖延了一个月之后货终于发走了。

在接下来的日子里也陆续接到客户的询价和订单,也像之前一样, 报出去价格很快他们就有回复,要下单的报价,速度也飞快,相应地也锻炼我的速度,对待他们一定要是高效率的。

总之, 在跟客户沟通中,一定要以万分的热忱去换取客户的信任,不拖拉,不怠慢,

这是我们做服务行业的宗旨。虽然目前我的客户不算多,业务量不够大,但相信以我对待客户的方式在将来的日子里会赢得越来越多的order。
