一、 Please keep your direction

What would you do if you failed?Many people may choose to give up.However,the surest way to success is to keep your direction and stick on your goal.

On your way to success,you must keep your direction .It is just like a lamp ,guiding you in darkness and helping you overcome obstacles on your way.Otherwise ,you will get lost and hesitate to go ahead.

Directions mean objectives. You can get nowhere without an objective in life .

You can write your objective in paper and in this way you can make some plans to achieve it.Tn this way ,you will know how to arrange your time and to spend your time properly .And you should also have a belief that you are sure to succeed as long as you keep your direction all the time .

请坚持 你的方向

如果失败你会怎么做？很多人会选择放弃。然而，要想成功，最可靠的方法就是坚持你的方向和目标。

在通往成功的道路上，你必须坚持你的方向。它就像一盏灯，在黑暗中为你指路，帮助你度过难关。否则你很容易就会迷失方向或犹豫不决。

方向意味着目标。人生如果没有目标 将会一事无成。

你可以试着把你的目标写在纸上，并制定实现目标的计划。这样，你就会懂得如何合理安排时间，如何正确支配时间。而且你还要有这样的信念：只要比坚持自己的方向，你就一定可以成功。

二、 The interview with God

I dreamed I have an interview with God

So you would like to interview me?God asked.

If you have the time.I said.

God smiled.My time is eternity.

What question do you have in your mind for me?

What surprise you most about humankind?

God answered,

That they get bored with childhood

they rush to grow up, and then long to be child again

That they lose health to make money...

and then lose money to restore health

That by thinking anxiously about the future

they forget the present,

such that they live in neither the present nor the future

That they live as if they will never die ,

and die as though they had never lived.

God's hand take mine

and we were silent for a while

And then I asked ...

"As a parent,what are some of life' lessons

you want your children to learn?

"To learn about they cannot make anyone love them.

all they can do is [to] let themselves be loved "

"To learn that it is not good to compare themselves to others "To learn that it only takes a few second to open

profound wounds in those they love ,

and it can take many years to heal them ."

"To learn that a rich person is not one who has the most ,

but is one who needs the least."

"To learn that there people who love them dearly

but simply have not learned how to express their feelings." "To learn that two people can look at the same thing

and see it differently."

"To learn that it is not enough that they forgive one another but they must also for give themselves

Thank you for your time ,"I said humbly

"Is there anything else you would like your children to know?" God smiled and said ,

"Just know that I am here... always."

与上帝的交谈

我梦见我同上帝面对着交谈。

“那么你是想同我谈一谈了？上帝问我．

"如果你有时间的话,"我说.

上帝微笑着回答我,"我的时间是无穷的"

"你的脑子里对我有什么疑问?"

"人类的哪些方面最是您感到惊奇?"

上帝回答道...

他们对孩提时的生活感到厌倦,急着拼命长大,

长大之后又希望回到孩提时代"

"他们为了赚钱不惜牺牲健康

失去健康后,又为了恢复健康而失去金钱."

“他们对未来为了焦虑不安一直忘记了现在。

于是他们既非生活在现在，也非生活在未来

“他们活着，好像永远不会死；他们死了好像从来没有活过 。” 上帝握着我的手，我们沉默了一会

我接着问。。。

“作为人来的父母，您想您的孩子们从生活中学到什么教训？”

“学到他们不能迫使别人爱他们，他们所能做的 只能使自己为别人所爱 “学到，拿自己同别人比相比是不好的”

"学到，给深爱的人照成很深的伤害，只需要几秒钟的时间，

却会费多年的时间去抚平。“

“学到，一个富有的人，不是拥有最多的人确实需要最少的人”

“学到，，有一些人，深爱着他们，只是不知道如何表达或显露他们的想法”

“看着同样的事情，产生不同的想法”

“学到，一次接一次的宽恕别人，远远不够，他们必须同时宽恕自己。”

“感谢您花了这么多时间”，我谦卑的说

“还有其他，您想让您的孩子们知道吗？”

上帝微笑着回答

“还要知道，我再你们身边。。。。。。永远地”

三、 The hardest arithmetic to master is that which enables us to count our blessings.

According to legend, a young man while roaming the desert came across a spring of delicious crystal-clear water. The water was so sweet, he filled his leather canteen so he could bring some back to a tribal elder who had been his teacher.After a four-day journey he presented the water to the old man who took a deep drink, smiled warmly and thanked his student lavishly for the sweet water. The young man returned to his village with a happy heart.

Later, the teacher let another student taste the water. He spat it out, saying it was awful. It apparently had become stale because of the old leather container.The student challenged his teacher: "Master, the water was foul. Why did you pretend to like it?"

The teacher replied, "You only tasted the water. I tasted the gift. The water was simply the container for an act of loving-kindness and nothing could be sweeter."

I think we understand this lesson best when we receive innocent gifts of love from young children. Whether it's a ceramic tray or a macaroni bracelet, the natural and proper response is appreciation and expressed thankfulness because we love the idea within the gift.Gratitude doesn't always come naturally. Unfortunately, most children and many adults value only the thing given rather than the feeling embodied in it. We should remind ourselves and teach our children about the beauty and purity of feelings and expressions of gratitude. After all, gifts from the heart are really gifts of the heart.

世界上最难的算术题是如何清点我们的祝福。

据传说，一个年轻的男子在漫游沙漠途中看到一泉如水晶般清澈而可口的水。水的味道非常甜美，于是他灌满了他的皮水壶，这样就可以带一些回去，送给曾经是他老师的部落长老。经过四天的旅程，他把水呈献给老人。老人深饮一口，和蔼地笑了笑，并深切感激学生赠予他甜美的水。年轻人怀着愉快的心情回到了村庄。

老师回答说，“你只品尝了水的味道，我却是在品尝礼物的味道。水仅仅是装载善与爱之行为的容器，而没有什么东西比善与爱更甜美了。”

我认为当我们从天真的孩子们那里收到爱的礼物时，能够最透彻地明白这个道理。无论它是一个陶瓷托盘或通心粉手镯，我们自然而恰当的反应是欣赏，并表示感激，因为我们喜欢礼物所包含的心意。感恩并不总是自然而来的。不幸的是，大多数儿童和成人只看重被赠予的东西本身，而不是它体现的情谊。我们应该提醒自己，并教导我们的孩子，感情和对感激之情的表达是美丽而纯洁的。毕竟，发自内心给与的礼物才是真正的礼物。

He smiled a great smile, and was answered with 1000 great smiles just as warm and friendly. As he left the house, he thought to himself. This is a wonderful place. I would come back and visit it often.

In the same village, another little dog, who was not quite as happy as the first one, decided to visit the house. He slowly climbed the stairs and hung his head low as he looked into the door. When he saw the 1000 unfriendly looking dogs staring back at him, he growled at them and was horrified to see 1000 little dogs growling back at him. As he left, he thought to himself, that was horrible place and I would never go back there again.
