教师批阅假期作业总结 时间过得真快,经过一个安全愉快的假期,学生带着他们的收获和成长又回到了校园,我们迎来了一个新的学期,学生将假期作业交上来,学校通过检查,现就学生的作业情况和老师的查阅情况进行综合和总结。
总体来看,三、四、五各年级的教师都认真布置了作业,除
了学校订的阳光假日作业之外,部分学科教师根据学科的特点布置了有特色的作业,学生在寒假里没有忘记学习,学到了很多知识。以下对各学科作业的检查情况逐一说明: 1、语文学科
语文教师为了拓宽学生的学习知识渠道,激发学生学习语文的兴趣,增加学生的语文积累,安排学生在家要有相应的读书时间,并要求写读后感,同时布置了有针对性的作文训练,从检查的情况来看,大多数学生不仅读的认真,写的也情深意切,使学生的读写能力有了很大的提高。通过小楷作业,学生书写能力有了一定得提高。老师们在假期中还布置的特色作业是收集名人名言,目的是想让学生们从收集中抽取最基本的成语、古诗,完成必要的知识积累。
语文老师普遍反映本次寒假部分学生作业的完成情况不佳,主要原因是学生自己的主观愿望不强,假期里贪玩,开学后突击写作
业。很多家长在假期中没有很好地督促学生去做作业,这也说明今后家校的沟通还应进一步加强。
2、数学学科
由于数学学科的特点,没有老师的辅导,学生能善始善终做好假期作业很难,数学教师布置在假期里学习优秀的学生利用恰当时间给部分学困生辅导了作业,逐题讲解,班级的部分同学教与学认真,经过辅导效果明显。老师们还布置学生将上一学期所学的教材知识点分章节总结出来,检查中大多数同学认真完成了这项作业,及时梳理了知识,帮助学生形成知识体系。当然,对于如何更好地总结知识结构还需要老师的进一步指导。
从数学作业的检查情况来看,学生也存在突击写作业情况,对作业中的问题不求甚解,缺乏研究思考过程,只是为了完成老师布置的任务而去做作业。
教师们在检查作业这项工作上,都很认真,很多教师列出了学生作业完成的详细情况,分成几个等级,对认真完成作业、书写工整,格式规范、答题完整的同学,在班级提出表扬。同时我们也发现在假期当中有一部分学生不能认真完成作业,不及时、少题漏题、作业质量不高,教师对他们都提出批评,督促他们补做。这也说明家长的管理不到位,今后还需要与家长多沟通,要求家长在假期里对孩子的作业进行检查督促,使假期的学习有真正的成效。教师在作业的完
成质量上要对学生提出更明确的要求,必须认真规范书写,和平时一样,养成良好的学习习惯。另外,抄袭作业、不交作业的现象在每个班级都有存在,这对新学期的学习状态都有很大影响,班级里要大力表扬假期中认真学习的同学,对敷衍了事的同学严厉批评,我们要鼓励学生拥有一丝不苟的学习态度,无论是平时还是假期,因为这样的态度会使他们终身受益。
在今后的家校联系活动和家长会中,各位教师要把假期作业的重要性多向家长宣传,对家长在家里如何指导和督促孩子完成好作业多提好的建议。教师们对存在的问题要认真思考解决的办法,对于科学合理的做法应该相互借鉴,布置有特色、学生感兴趣的作业,使假期作业收到更大的效果。
