20xx年年终总结
自七月份入场实习,成为焊接班一员工已经半年,回眸感慨不已。告别了无所期待,心中的闲适渐随忙碌淡去,索性便从此是一个忙人,索性生活的节奏便有了轨迹。在工作中和每个人一样,有收获,有喜悦,有悲伤,有怨言,有期待。
(一)自我评价
刚来工厂,感觉什么都不懂,在对未来的恐惧和希望中渐入佳境,学到了在学校书本上学不到的知识,夯实了专业技能,锻炼了胆识;同时也对社会有了新的认识,概述起来大致有三:
一:技能提升从不敢面对到小试牛刀再到基本熟练
在学校对于实际操作的机会不是很多,因而对设备不敢轻易触碰;在一个月跟随师父锻炼后,慢慢熟悉了设备,掌握了部分技能。后来有在自己实际的工作中慢慢好转,虽然会出现很多质量问题,但每一次出现问题时,收获却是很多的。希望自己在来年有更大的提升,速度也有所突破。
二:识图用图能力增强
虽然在学校时学习过化工制图,取过CAD绘图资格证,对图纸也不算陌生,但在实际中难免还是有转不过弯,应用不周的时候。在工作中,经过培训,加之自己的学习,读图能力逐渐成熟。 三:处事方式更加理性
进场后,认识了很多新的朋友,虽然有时会因工作中的问题出现矛盾,我还是会用理性的方式去化解矛盾。
(二)对单位的影响
个人认为,任何一个事物的存在都免不了“前途光明,道路曲折”的规律,因而很多东西本身就是一个矛盾体,矛盾不可消除,但处理矛盾就是谋求发展之道。
一:单位的优势
有一批专业型,年轻型的员工和先进的设备;有较完善的制度和丰富的企业文化;有较强的管理团队。
二:个人认为的不足
1:员工缺乏合作精神,各行其事,没有形成所谓的团队凝聚力。 2:魄力不足,时而坚持,时而沉默,时而决心坚定,时而不知所措。(谋定而后动,老子说“安不忘危,存不忘亡,治不忘乱”。)
3:创新缺乏,产品还没有形成品牌效应,还在自己选择顾客,没有顾客选择自己的路上脚爬手挠的晃动,所以每一个人都很累。
4:工序运行灵活度不够,生产效率难以满足需求。
5:对新员工缺乏关注,人员难以形成向心力。
(三)困惑于希望
新的一年,必然是一个新的起点,总在问自己来年是否还要坚持走这条路,答案是明确的而又是未知的。不管怎样,似乎脚步不能停止,要一直在路上,学的更多,收入更好,提升空间越大。希望在新的一年里我们单位有更好的发展,期待所有人有一个灿烂的明天,也祝愿我们的家人平平安安,健康长寿。

b: personal thought
1: employees lack of cooperation spirit, all the things, not form a so-called team cohesion.
2: energy shortage, adhere to and silence, and determination, sometimes at a loss.(eight, think twice before I say "don't forget the danger, do not forget to death, not forget about" cure.)
3: the lack of innovation, the product has not yet formed the brand effect, also choose in their own customers, no customers choose their feet up on the way to the shaking hand scratched, so everyone is very tired.

5: lack of concern for new employees, the personnel is difficult to form a centripetal force.
(C) the confused about hope

今天是个喜悦与收获的日子,我们欢聚在陶然居,新朋老友畅叙友情、共商大计。在此,我谨代表重庆悦康全体干部员工,向出席今天答谢会的领导、嘉宾、新老客户朋友们表示热烈的欢迎和衷心的感谢!
悦康药业集团是一家及科工贸为一体的民营企业,总部位于北京亦庄经济技术开发区,制药产业分布在北京、上海、广州、安徽、河南等地。以抗生素、心脑血管、抗肿瘤、消化系统用药、中成药、原料药及基因多肽类等产品为主,形成了产供销为一体的经营模式,集团目前有8个一类新药,100个3.1类新药均已在申报中,产品出口40多个国家。20xx年在工信部化药制药产业排名40位。
为了响应西部大开发,悦康药业在重庆投资新建集科工贸为一体的鑫康芝源集团公司,该项目得到了九龙坡区政府和九龙坡区管委会领导的大力支持。集团公司下属三家子公司,分别为重庆鑫康芝源保健食品有限公司、重庆悦康凯德制药有限公司和重庆悦康凯达医药公司。
鑫康芝源保健食品有限公司主要经营保健食品和滋补类高端保健食品。 悦康凯德制药有限公司以生产功能性保健食品和儿童用药为主,拥有片剂、胶囊、颗粒、软胶囊、口服液和水针剂六条生产线,于20xx年x月通过了GMP认证。建立了一套完整的生产质量体系。产品将于20xx年x月上市。
重庆悦康凯达公司一期仓库5000㎡,已于20xx年x月通过了GSP认证。现有产品为OTC、普药和新产品,在做产品代理的同时负责集团公司产品在西南片区的销售与配送。20xx年我们将会有OTC感冒药布洛韦麻那敏片、一类新药环丝氨酸胶囊、银杏叶提取物注射液、爱地拉菲等新产品上市。其中仅银杏叶全国销售将达到20个亿。以后集团公司每一年将推出两个1类新药。重庆悦康凯达公司20xx年将加大普通药品批发调拨,新产品的推广力度、OTC终端药店的推广规模。
致富思源,回馈社会,是我们悦康一直不断坚持的理念,悦康在不断壮大的同时,也不忘回馈社会。20xx年x月,发生在四川雅安特大地震,灾情牵动了我们每个悦康人的的心,在地震发生后的第二天我们按照总裁于圣臣先生的指示,将价值200万元的急救药品送往灾区,随后集团公司又再次捐赠价值600万元的药品。同时全体悦康人自愿捐赠现金约10万元给灾区人民。
20xx年已经落下帷幕,一年以来,在各界人士的大力支持之下,重庆悦康已经在整个医药领域取得了丰硕的成果和良好的口碑,我们悦康的品牌形象也得到了进一步的升华。更重要的是,20xx年重庆悦康塑造出了一支爱岗敬业、团结精干、勇于创新的队伍,发展了一千多家长期以来和我们荣辱与共的客户。在目前全国医药行业不景气的危机下,我们悦康的业务依然能蒸蒸日上,这是我们悦康和各位尊贵的客户风雨同舟、和衷共济的成果。在此,我代表全体鑫康芝源干部员工对在座的各位表示深深的感谢!
在过去一年我们虽然取得了一定的成绩,但仍然存在一些问题。比如说路途遥远送货不及时、货源有时会短缺、新人在与客户沟通存在问题、服务不到位、价格更新不及时等问题,还望得以谅解。
