Outline for Internship Report
1. First Page
First page should display: Student name and surname, internship start and finish dates, number of internship days, type of internship (production, or design and development), company/institution name.
This page should be signed and stamped by the supervisor of the intern student.
2. Weekly timetable
A weekly timetable where each row in the table corresponding to a day in internship period. Each row should record the date, internship activity on that date. Weekly Schedule should explain the work accomplished each day of the week during the internship period and should contain:
The department of the organization that the week was spent. Name and signature of the controlling supervisor for each week The official stamp of the organization.
3. A Brief Executive Summary of the Internship
A one page summary of the company/institution and a short account of the major activities carried out during the internship period.
4. Table of Contents
Contents of the report with page numbers, list of tables, and list of figures.
5. Description of the company/institution
This section should answer the following questions:
5.1. What is the full title of the company/institution? Give a brief history of the company, full
mailing address and relevant web links.
5.2. What is the type of ownership of the company/institution? State the main shareholders and
their shares.
5.3. What is the sector that the company/institution operates in? Specify the products and services
produced and offered to its customers.
5.4. Who are regarded as the customers of your internship company/institution (consider the end
users, retailers, other manufacturers, employees, etc.)?
5.5. Provide an organization chart of the company, along with information on the number of
employees.
5.6. Provide a list of functions performed by the mechanical engineers in the internship
organization.
6. Internship activities
This is the main body of your report. You should present the activities performed during the internship period. Please refer to “” document for the types of analysis and inquiries that you should be performing during “Production”, and “Design and Development” internship.
7. An assessment of the internship
In this section you should answer the following questions
7.1. What skills and qualifications you think that you have gained from the internship?
7.2. What kind of responsibilities you have undertaken during the internship period?
7.3. How do you think the internship will influence your future career plans?
7.4. How do you think the internship activities that you carried out are correlated with your
classroom knowledge?
8. Conclusions of the report
This section should include:
? A summary of key conclusions derived from the internship experience.
? General observations about the sector in which your internship company/institution operates
9. Appendices and supplementary material (charts, graphs, pictures, computer codes, etc.)

Rules for writing the internship report:
You do not have to provide a day-to-day diary of the internship activities. Do not write theoretical excerpts from textbooks! Describe what you exactly did there and what experiences you have gained throughout your training. The internship report should be between 15-20 pages and written to “Training Program Diary” which can be provided from the university bookstore. The internship report should be written in handwriting, and each page should contain about 25 lines. The internship report should be original, no photocopies are accepted. You can include graphs, pictures, data, drawings, or design calculations in your report;
however they should not cover more than 1/3 of the page. Larger graphs, pictures, data, drawings, or design calculations should be given as an Appendix.

Louisa Alcott demonstrated their strong optimism, their personality and perseverance without flowery or sterile languages. Also revealed to us are the great love and friendship.
Impression:
The whole book is simple and natural. It reads more like family diary full of love —— the simplest love in common life. The love of friend, family and respect are here and there in our life but frequently neglected. Little women does make us resume these love. It tells us how to have a heart likely to experience and treat love and to become more tough and independent for the love.
From the four sisters I have learned to be firm, not to be a complainer while not to be satisfied with all. Everyday of my life should bring me fresh hopes for tomorrow. Everyday of my pursuit for dream should be full of endeavor. Also I have realized that I ought to carefully find
everyone’s advantages instead of seeing only negative aspects through our colored spectacles. And it is high time to doubly cherish what we have own before knowing its value by death.
Having read the book from cover to cover, you may find Meg or Jo or Beth or Amy has stepped into your heart and left the confidence for you to go through rainy days in your life as they did. And what the author wanted to share with the readers through the things the characters had done and the words they had said make the book time-honored.

一、概述
1、实习目的:
通过阶段性时间的实习,为我们将拓宽知识面,增强感性认识,培养、锻炼我们综合运用所学的基础理论、基本技能和专业知识,去独立分析和解决实际问题的能力,能够将所学的专业理论知识运用与实践,并且在实践中结合理论加深对其认识和总结,为今后走上工作岗位打下一定的基础。
2、实习单位基本情况
岑溪市第二中学是岑溪市的一间重点中学,始办于19xx年秋,19xx年被岑溪市人民政府定为市实验中学,20xx年通过广西自治区一级学校评估验收,20xx年通过自治区师范性中学验收。
3、实习岗位基本情况
在该校我担任高一级英语任课教师,主要的工作情况:对该校的高中一年级学生进行英语教学,按照教学目标和大纲的要求,以因材施教为原则,运用相关教学技巧引导他们进行课文学习,做好知识的输入与输出工作,对其课后作业进行批改和结果反馈,最后达到让学生充分掌握知识并能灵活运用所学知识解决问题。
二、实习内容及过程
1、了解过程
第一天进入学校开始工作时,学校对我进行了一系列的培训,让我了解作为一个教师所必须具备的一些基本知识。指导老师的耐心讲解使我逐步了解和熟悉了本校的教育教学工作模式,在日复一日工作的同时慢慢熟悉了学校的工作环境。
2、摸索过程
对学校里的环境有所了解熟悉后,我便开始按部就班的工作。工作期间每天按时到学校上班,摸索阶段除了做好上级分配的工作,还充分利用上课时间去听取一些优秀老师的课程,认真做好听课记录,听课的主要目的在于明确该校英语的实际授课情况,看指导老师或其它老师如何组织一堂课,如何讲课,如何和学生沟通。通过听课认真总结不同老师的教学风格,学习他们的教学经验和技巧,
尝试运用他们的方法与技巧去处理一些教学问题。
3、独立操作
经过一周时间的摸索,我对该校高一年级的英语教学情况已有了较详细的认识,同时也对学生的学习状况有一定了解。在操作过程我开始备课和授课的工作。首先,备课是教学工作的准备阶段。备课不仅要联系教材的内容,还要与学生的实际情况相结合,要考虑学生的原有知识水平,学生的接受能力,学生的课堂反应,教学实际情景等方面的情况。我在以上综合因素的考虑下进行认真备课,从学生的实际情况出发结合教材,制定合适的教案和课件,并且与指导老师交流想法,不断地修进教案。
其次,授课是教学工作的主要阶段。在完善教案之后,我选取不同的班级进行授课,其目的在于接触不同的学生,灵活运用各种教学手段和技巧给学生进行授课。在真实的课堂上,既要注意传授知识,又要注意调整课堂气氛,并且还应与学生进行互动和交流。每一个课程的结束都要进课程质量的分析和总结,认真听取各位听课老师的意见和建议,从而不断完善自己的教学方法。
最后,批改作业是教学工作的一个总结和反馈阶段。利用课后空余时间我帮助指导老师批改部分作业,通过批改作业发现学生当前学习中存在的问题,了解他们的一些性格特点和学习态度,每次批改作业我都会详细地记录每位学生存在的问题,并在作业上留下相应的评语,或是鼓励,或是指出问题所在。同时,也通过批改作业而发现自己教学方法上的不足,从而改进教学方案。
三、实习总结与感受
以上就是我实习期间教育教学工作的整个过程,在这个过程中我做到了认真仔细的备课,虚心听取指导老师的意见,用心修改教案,重心放在讲课上,课后通过与同学的交流和沟通,重新修改教案,认真改进教学过程等。不足之处之处在于:由于初上讲台,教姿教态过于生硬,有时不能很好地控制授课节奏,导致内容不完整,以及处理课堂紧急情况时缺乏经验。
通过实习期间不断地听课、备课、授课和批改作业,我掌握并巩固了教学的基本功,同时在学校其他教师的教学经验和自己的反复操作中,教学能力得到了较大的提高。
同时,我深刻体会到教师作为一个特殊的职业,需要具备很强的语言表达能力和现场应变能力,才能把自己已有的知识尽可能多的、高效的传授给学生。教师是书本知识与学生之间的联系纽带、运输通道。同样一个教学内容,同样的教学方法,不同的教师讲出来的效果可能完全不同,学生的学习效果也可能完全不同。因此,想要成为一名合格的教师,我还需要不断改进和提升我的专业知识和社会知识,在今后的实际工作中做到因材施教,不断地完善自己的教学技巧和方法。
