First, let me introduce the two of us, your hosts for today’s speech competition.

首先，让我来介绍一下我们两个，你们今天的主持人。

A: There are all together 29 contestants from our grade to compete in today’s English Speech Competition.

在今天的演讲比赛中，来自我们年级的一共有29位选手。

And we are honored to have invited _________ teachers to be our judges, including Mr. a vice-headmaster, who is in charge of our grade, and n from Senior Three，who is in charge of English teaching in our school. 依具体情况而定 .

这次比赛，我们很荣幸地邀请到了____名老师为评委，包括分管高二年级的 校长和来自高三年级的老师。

B:Ok, after introducing our judges, now let’s go over the rules of the competition. 介绍完评委之后，让我们来重温一下比赛规则。

There are two sections for each contestant. One is a -2- minute prepared speech ,the other is a-2- minute impromptu speech . Each speech should be finished within the required time , otherwise , one of the judges will have to stop you. In the first section, each of the

contestants will choose one from the given four topics , which are: to be the best VS to be yourself, It is time to…, If time could be turned back, To be grateful. In the second section, Each contestant will draw the topic of an impromptu speech 5 minutes before their performances. The full score for each section is 10. The final score is the average of all the scores from the judges after cancelling the highest and lowest scores. We will announce the scores after every 5 contestants have finished their speeches. And this competition will be decided at two first prize winners ,_____ second prize winners and ______ third prize winners.

每一位参赛选手将有2分钟的时间进行主题演讲和2分钟进行即兴演讲，不得超时，否则会被强行终止。在所有选手演讲完后，我们将当场初决出一等奖2名，二等奖___名，三等奖_____名。

主持粗略流程

1、你们的开场白，自我介绍，对这次比赛的简介。目的是为同学们提供一个展现自己的机会，激发对外语的学习兴趣。

2、介绍评委。

3、之后进行比赛规则介绍，. 每五位选手一组公布成绩。——scores will be announced after every 5 contestants have finished their speeches.

4、比赛正式开始，

5、比赛结束，在我们统计总名次填写证书这段时间，邀请老师师致词，可能会更多人

6、宣布成绩，在高二年级学生大会上颁奖。

各位领导、老师，上午好！

首先，热烈欢迎大家来只里小学参加县教育局组织的英语教研活动！

今天，很荣幸由我来主持这次难得而重要的教研活动。本次教研活动的主题是________________________________________________________
