护照原件：
Original Passport
1、 须回国后至少有6个月以上的有效期

2、护照最后一页须签名（中文姓名）
Sign your Chinese name in the last page of passport
3、护照至少2张连续页码空白页（该页与该页反面）
At lease 2 blank pages of passport
4、如有旧护照，请同时提供所有旧护照原件

经济证明：
Finance Supporting Documents:
1、存期1年以上的存折原件及复印件，必须有不少于人民币6万元或等值货币，活期存折必须有多笔 进出流水帐 The original and copy of band book, whose deposit term must be over 1 year, and have RMB 60,000 or common dollars at least. current deposit must have several transaction details.
2、无存折原件，只有卡，请到银行开具存款证明以近半年的历史交易清单，清单必须显示申请人的姓名，并且打印到当前日期，必须有银行盖章，最好能够提供工资卡的记录
If you don’t have a bank book, please go to the bank to print the deposit history in the past half year. It must show the applicant’s name, and the current date, sealed by the bank, it will be better if you can provide the history of your wage card.
3、无论是定期或活期存折，存款越多越好，切勿在最后突然存入大额款项

4、其他：房产证、汽车行驶证、股票、银行对帐单（原件并盖章）、国库券等。

邀请函：
Invitation Letter
1、邀请方公司发的邀请函原件（须有申请人的姓名,出生年月、职务、护照号码,逗留时间，逗留目 的，保证其返回中国、双方联系方式、邀请方亲笔签名
Original Invitation Letter from the company in India (Must include duration of stay, visit purpose, contact details of both sides, and signed by inviting person).
2、若展会邀请函：同时提供
A.参展所交费用的汇款单据，及对方的#5@p确认和到款确认函；
B.摊位图，并勾画出参展位置；
C.展位确认单,参展的产品介绍及其他辅助材料
