What is my opinions of “my gym baby center” H teacher’s class?

Today, My husband and I brought David to My Gym baby center to listen to the demo class, after the class, I got some ideas for the teacher

1, She needs improve the control ability. You know in any class, remember one rule, if you don’t control the students, the students will control you , in her class, what did I see, I saw some babies and some parents they are in the market, not a class. Everybody is speaking with her baby, and they don’t cooperate with the teacher. And the teacher even doesn’t say “no” to the parents, so , we are in the market , the atmosphere is very noisy. I can say a word “mass”. you can do like this:” parents, in my class , the one rule is no Chinese, I want to create an English atmosphere for our babies , so please cooperate with me, if I say sh ,please keep quiet.” And then after several times trainings, the parents will not speak too much Chinese and they won’t disturb your education. Because you are the unique expert in the class, all the parents they need cooperate with you and only under your direct they can let the babies to make progress better.

2, She needs improve her pronunciations, her pronunciations are not beautiful. Even though my husband is not English major, he also can feel the teacher’s oral English is very Awful, we can’t listen to her clearly, so , my suggestion is: slow your speed of your words, and speak with beautiful English intonation, and meanwhile ,you needn’t translate to Chinese, the parents can follow your gesture to understand her.

3, She needs improve her organization ability. You know this is my first time in her class, I don’t know how to cooperate with her and follow her steps, and when she gave us 4 sliding plates and some parents let their babies sit down immediately, I just hold my baby and watch others, my suggestion of this part is: because your baby center doesn’t have enough education tools for each baby, you can separate the babies in to 3 groups, these 3 babies you can do this sliding plate flying, and these 3 babies you can practice the see-saw, and the these 3 babies you can practice the climbing, that’s it, very simple. But, before they practice, you need organize them particularly.

4, She needs give every child English name, because she is using English to communicate with the babies.

These are my suggestions of her class, I won’t let my baby participate her class until she can improve the quality of teaching.

我心中的美吉姆

20xx年五月进入昆明美吉姆儿童早教中心工作，任职客户关怀专员职位，刚刚进来的时候，很喜欢中心的环境，欢乐轻快，随处都可以见到孩子天真可爱的笑颜，都说眼睛是心灵的窗户，孩子的眼睛更是明亮和纯净，也是因为这些，我才会更放松的去融入中心，去学习，去成长，因为我的同事们也是明媚纯净和快乐的。

我在中心主要是负责给会员安排上课时间并帮助家长分析和解决疑惑和困难，给到会员关怀和帮助，一开始接触这份工作的时候觉得好繁琐，很长一段时间都理不出头绪去合理的安排工作，后来通过同事的帮助，慢慢的找到了工作的解决处理方法，和家长的关系也慢慢的建立了起来，每次会员来上课，都和会员聊聊，和小朋友玩一下，看着小家伙们可爱的笑容和家长们或欣慰或得意或宠溺的表情，让我觉得很温馨，每一个孩子都是可爱的天使。

工作并不是一直都是顺利，有时候也会遇到困难，印象里第一次因为工作的事情哭是在六月吧，当时就被一个奶奶说哭了（在电话里，因为奶奶不理解音乐课程的上课制度）因为受不了那个奶奶咄咄逼人的质问态度，就那么委屈的哭啦，现在想想觉得自己真的是可怜又可笑啊，当时真的是什么也没有想就只会哭，然后等问题解决了又觉得自己白哭了，慢慢的又经历了几次家长的误会和不理解，就学会了先控制情绪把问题解决，在工作中发脾气或者赌气都无济于事，用正确的心态做自己分内的工作，这是我必须做到的。当然，这其中更要谢谢帮助过我，安慰过我的同事们，她们真的很贴心很可爱，我爱她们，(*^__^*) 嘻嘻……

喜欢美吉姆是因为这里有最可爱的孩子，最欢乐的笑声，每当心里不开心或者小难过的时候，和小天使们一起

玩一玩，闹一闹，顿时就觉得所有的困难和委屈都不算什么，有这么纯净美丽的笑容，值了！

把美吉姆放在心里很重要的位置则是因为我可爱贴心的同事们，我们一起渡过了好多困难，每一次的互相鼓励，相亲相爱。我们的记忆不只在中心里，也有福宝文化城里的性感泳装美女们，还有团结乡採草莓的乡村小妹们，感谢我们的平老师（一个漂亮可爱的人儿）和李老师经常组织集体活动，让我们有更多的机会相互联络感情，让我觉得这个集体是那么的鲜活！

马上就要迎来美吉姆昆明中心开业两周年的纪念日
