一、活动背景：
One、The background of activity
我们处在了一个二十一世纪的多元化的时代，人与人的友谊与交流已经并不仅仅局限在了一个班级，一个社团，一个学校乃至一个国家，变幻莫测的社会现在要求着我们与全世界的各个国家都能进行友好交际。因为我们一旦进入了二十一世纪，全球化的汹涌潮流已经把每一种文化形态都不可阻挡地卷入其中，使之成为世界文化发展进程的一部分。每一种地域文化，只能在参与这种浪潮的过程中，才能找到自己的生存方式。每一种地域文化只有积极融入世界文化这个大群体，才能在这个群体找到属于自己的位置，才能推动这个社会乃至全球的发展。
因此，与外国留学生进行一次友谊交流会刻不容缓，因为我们既可以向他们展示我们学生的友好，又可以让他们对除了自己所就读的石油大学之外的其他大学例如我们青岛理工大学有更深一步的了解，还可以加深石油大学与青岛理工大学两所高校的友谊交流。现在，由于我们理工黄岛校区缺乏留学生资源，所以需要和石油大学联谊进行本次的活动。考虑到两校的大三大四的同学们可能会有实习或考研的行期，所以本次活动是针对两校大一大二的同学们举办的。希望本次活动可以顺利进行以达到预期的效果。We are in an era of diversification in twenty-first century. The friendship and communication between people is not limited in a class, a team, a school or a country. Now, the change of unpredictable society requires us to communicate with countries all over the world. Because once we enter twenty-first century, the trend of globalization will involve all kinds of culture, and makes it to be a part of the process of the development of world culture and each regional culture. Only in the process of this trend, can they find it suitable for our own way of life. Each kind of regional culture only actively be into the world culture in this large group, and they can find their own position in this group. This is a way that promoting the development of the society and even the whole world.
Therefore, communicating with foreign exchange students will be not delayed. During the activity, not only can we show the friendship, but also the foreign exchange students can know other more university except for the university of petroleum. For example, they can further understand our Qingdao Technological University, and can deepen the friendship between China University Of Petroleum and Qingdao Technological University. At present, due to the Huangdao campus students lack of resources, we need petroleum university fellowshipping for this activity. Considering the two schools of junior and senior students may have the opportunity of internship or further studied. So the activity is held for two school freshman and sophomore students. Hope this activity is able to achieve the desired effect smoothly!
二、活动目的及意义：
Two、The significance and purpose of activity
为了满足本校同学们对与外国留学生进行友谊交流的强烈呼声，以及加深两所高校之间的联系，特地举办本次与外国留学生的友谊交流会活动，为同学们搭建了一个交流的平台，提供与外交面对面交流互动的机会，加深了解，提高外语学习的兴趣和增强两校同学们之间的友谊.
In order to satisfy the request of the university students and foreign students for friendship exchange outcry, and strengthen the connection between the two universities, specially for the friendship exchange activity with foreign students to build a communication platform for students, and provide opportunities to face-to-face interaction with foreign students, deepen understanding, improve interest to learn foreign language and enhance the friendship between the two schools’ student.

六、前期准备：
Six、The preparation of activity
(1) 4月20日之前确定好石油大学留学生的参加人数以租车接送
（1）Confirm the number of participant students of China University of Petroleum before April 20th and rent cars to pick up them.
(2)由英语协会干事王康乐提前两周向学校申请悬挂横幅及活动的场地。
(2)The member of English association named Wang Kangle apply to university for hanging the banner and borrowing the site of activity two weeks in advance.
（3）英语协会干事王玉鹏提前一周找广告公司做好横幅并在校园里悬挂好。
(3)The member of English association named Wang Yupeng find a advertising agency to produce the banner and hang it on campus.
(4) 邀请本校街舞协会在操场中心为大家表演
(4)Invite the hip-hop association in our school to perform on the playground for us.

（7）活动形式：自由交流，在操场上放置桌子，提供饮品、零食等

（8）去石油大学邀请外国留学生（14年1月5号已去征求意见）
(8)Go to China university of Petroleum to invite foreign students(we have already taken advice on January 1st 2014).
提前去询问他们问题：
In advance to ask their questions as follows
A.从他们学校的教学、他们的课程安排、生活习惯、一些有趣的经历等方面入手。A .We can start with their teaching, curriculum
Arrangement, the habits and customs, some interesting experience and other aspects.
B.从电影、流行音乐方面，例如：感兴趣的电影、影星、歌星、自己学过的经典英文歌曲，到时候，可以互相交流。如果他们感兴趣的话，可以教他们中国的古诗（简单点的）B. Some topics as film, pop music etc. such as your interested films, film stars or some classic English music you have ever learned. We can also teach them some simple Ancient Chinese poems if they would like to know more about it.
C.可以给他们介绍你的家乡，还有中国的首都啊，一些美丽的城市啊、风景什么的，告诉他以后有机会一定去那里看看。
C .We can introduce our hometown, the capital of China, other beautiful cities, charming sceneries etc, and tell them those are really worth visiting.
D.问问他们的家乡，感兴趣的地方。对中国菜感兴趣么，喜欢吃什么等
D. Asking about their countries, interested places, the feeling of Chinese food or what food they would like to eat.

七、活动流程：
Seven、The process of activity
1、下午12点至13点半布置场地（搬桌子，放置水果等食品和饮料）
1. Arranging the spot in 12pm to 13pm. (moving the table, laying the fruits
And drinks)
2、13点半至14点去石油大接留学生
2、Go to China university of petroleum topic up the international students from half past thirty to half past fourteen.
3、下午14点由主持人（徐珍）宣布交流会开始，（先由留学生进行自我介绍）自由交流50--60分钟
3、The Compere (Xu Zhen) announce that the meet of exchange start, (the international students make self introduction at first) and then communicate freely (50 to 60 minutes)
4、街舞表演 10--15分钟
4、Hip-hop performance (10 to 15 minutes)
5、小游戏a：手口不一
5、mini-game a: what you are saying is different from what you are doing
游戏规则：派出五人作为比赛一支队伍，参赛人员每人嘴里说一个数，手上却得比划出另一个数。然后速度越来越快，看谁会出错，剩下最后一个同学则是胜出者。剩下的同学一起进行游戏监督，发现出错的，则应指出，并退出比赛环节。获胜者踩气球得到奖品。
The role of game: dispatch five person as a team, and every participate say a number, but they must gesticulate another number. And then the speed will be more and more quick, and you should pay attention to the one who make mistakes , and the last one to be left is winner. The left students supervise the game together. Once find a person who makes mistakes, they should point him or her out and let them quit. The winner will stamp balloon to gain the prize.

此游戏适合晚会最后，掀起高潮。
The game is fit for the end of the party ,and it will make us excited.
要求：参加人数30人-50人为佳，分成5组，道具：背景音乐，奖品一份可以是精美的糖果（可以分的）
主持人要求大家分组坐好（一定要有男有女）
request: it’s good for 30 to 50 person to participate, and the person need to be divided into 5 teams
Tool: background music ,a piece of prize(fancy candies or something can be hand out)
the compere require the person to sit down according to the group
游戏规则：准备5块桌布铺在各小组前面，然后小组人员按照主持人的要求提供物品放到桌布中。最先集齐物品的小组获胜。背景音乐起，主持人开始宣读物品，每一个相隔一定时间给队员准备，慢慢加快。
The rules of the game: prepare 5 pieces of tablecloth in front of each team, and then the member of each team provide things and put them on the tablecloth according to the compere’s request. The team which gather things early is winner. When the background music ring ,the compere start to announce the things they need to gather ,and give them some time to prepare ,and accelerate slowly.
采集物品：眼镜、手表、半杯可乐、头绳、糖果、空矿泉水瓶、橡皮擦、3B铅笔，橘子
Gather things: glasses、watches、half cup of cola、last、candies、empty mineral water bottles、erasers、3B pencils、oranges
10、集体跳兔子舞

11、主持人（徐珍）致结束语宣布交流会结束（背景音乐：友谊地久天长）

1、由干事吕文豪和王玉鹏负责维护现场秩序，避免出现踩踏、殴打、辱骂等不确定因素出现。
1、Lv Wenhao and Wang Yupeng maintain the order, avoid treading 、hitting、abusing etc.
2、遇到其他不可预测安全隐患，由王康乐和谢朋飞协助人员撤离。
2、When other unexpected things happen ,Wang kangle and Xie Pengfei assist members to evacuate.

1、全程背景音乐、活动结束拍照留念
