NOTES

1. The Business license of Individual Industrial & Commercial Household is the certificate of individual industrial and commercial household eligibility and business operation legality.

2. The Business license of Individual Industrial & Commercial Household is divided into original and duplicate. The use of the copy one is supporting with an inner core and a cover .And the duplicate has the equal legal effects as the original does.

3. The original of The Business license of Individual Industrial & Commercial Household shall be placed in the full position at the business operation site.

4. The Business license of Individual Industrial & Commercial Household cannot be forged, altered, leased, lent or transferred.

5. When the registered item has been changed, one shall apply to the registration authority for update, refer to the matters specified by business license, replace The Business license of Individual Industrial & Commercial Household.

6.On annual January 01 to May 31, one shall go to the commerce and industry Ministry fro annual examination of license .

7. After The Business license of Individual Industrial & Commercial Household being revoked, one shall not carry out business activities.

8. For cancellation of registration, one shall return both the original and duplicate The Business license of Individual Industrial & Commercial Household to the registration authority .

9. When The Business license of Individual Industrial & Commercial Household is lost or damaged, one shall apply to the registration authority for re-issuance or replacement. When is comes to lost, one shall also declare invalid in the public offering newspaper.

须 知

1.《个体工商户营业执照》是个体工商户资格和合法经营的凭证。

2.《个体工商户营业执照》分为正本和副本。副本含内芯和封皮并配套使用。正本和副本具有同等法律效力。

3.《个体工商户营业执照》正本应当置于经营场所的醒目位置。

4.《个体工商户营业执照》不得伪造、涂改、出租、出借、转让。

5. 登记事项发生变化，应当向登记机关申请变更登记，涉及营业执照载明事项的，换领《个体工商户营业执照》。

6. 每年一月一日至五月三十一日，应当到工商部门参加年度验照。

7. 《个体工商户营业执照》被吊销后，不得开展经营活动。

8. 办理注销登记，应当向登记机关交回《个体工商户营业执照》正本和副本。

9. 《个体工商户营业执照》遗失或毁损的，应当向登记机关申请补领或更换。遗失的还应当在公开发行的报刊上声明作废。
