复试前备齐材料
招生单位在复试前要对考生进行资格审查，考生要按所报考招生单位要求备齐所需材料。每个招生单位要考生提供的材料略有不同，但一般要求提供的材料包括：统考考生（应届本科毕业生、往届本科毕业生）要准备初试准考证、毕业证书、学位证书原件（应届本科毕业生查验学生证）、身份证、在校历年学习成绩单（加盖教务或人事部门公章），并准备相关复印件。同等学力考生除上述材料外，需另外提交四级证书原件或四级成绩单、在核心刊物上公开发表与报考相关的论文、选修本科阶段课程成绩单、专家推荐信等材料。

提前安排出行
对于参加异地考研复试的考生来说，要尽快熟悉学校周围的交通状况，提前安排出行。研究生小邢说，如果住宿地点离学校较远，考生可以选择城铁或地铁，这两种方式一般不存在堵车的问题，时间长短容易把握。如果住宿地点离学校较近，考生可以考虑骑自行车或乘坐公交车前往。不管选择哪种出行方式，一定要提前出发。面试迟到，会给导师留下不好印象，也会影响自己的心态。
用平常心应对面试
考研过来人祝杨军说，面试时，考生要特别注意礼仪，导师对考生复试表现的印象会影响考生的最终得分，能否成功录取，关键在此一举。在面试中做到礼貌、谦和至关重要。
考生要以平常心向导师展示真实的自我。高随祥说，在面试中，有些考生过度重视面试，产生焦虑情绪和思想负担，影响精神状态，进考场后过于紧张，不能正常发挥自己的真实水平。有些
考生过于自信，回答导师问题时夸夸其谈，无限制地展开。还有些考生对面试做了过多的事先设计，面试中过于做作，一旦出现事先没有料到的情况就方寸大乱，不知所措。这些都是考生要尽量避免的。
研究生刘新群说，当考生在被导师问到自己确实没有学过或不知道的问题时，考生要坦诚相告，或作适度分析，尽量避免胡乱猜测。导师一般可以接受考生对于某些知识不了解，但比较反感考生不懂装懂，胡乱作答。
此外在面试过程中，导师除了关心考生回答问题结论的准确性外，更关注考生回答问题过程中所表现出的能力和素质，如基础知识是否扎实、逻辑是否清楚、思维是否活跃、反应是否敏捷、表述是否简洁明确、分析问题和考虑问题是否深刻、做事是否踏实等。
“自报家门”吸引考官
考生通过了考研初试，就说明达到了纲所规定的基本要求，考生要树立信心，并在面试中运用一些技巧。
延长自我介绍突出亮点
