It’s great honor to be here to have this interview. My name is . I come from a beautiful coastal city, Qingdao. My friends always describe me as a careful and responsible person. But I think the important parts of my personalities are optimistic, vigorous, and cooperative. I admire the person who is flexible, determined and open-minded. That’s why I want to join in professor Tan’s team.

I have a lot of hobbies, and the favorite one is watching movies. The stories told by movies can help me experience a very different world. Sometimes you can share the same feelings with the characters in movies. It is very fantastic.

I will graduate from the first institution of oceanography, State Oceanic Administration in this July. I major in marine biology. My main research direction is biosynthetic pathways. The main task I finished in my graduate level is to try my best to find out the intermediates in the biosynthetic pathways of tetrotoxin. With the help of my supervisor, I grasped some experimental skills, such as isolating and culturing microorganism, abstracting and separating bioactive substance with HPLC.

3-years study make me acquired a lot of specialty knowledge. Working with excellent colleagues helps me improve my personality. I developed quality of diligence, responsibility, kindness and honesty. I am looking forward to working in Professor Tan’s team. If I am admitted, I will be thankful and try my best to work.
