Here I am sitting on a couch alone, thinking about what I have read for 1 month. In my opinion, this book has many kinds of ideas and it teaches me a lot, such as, how to live, study , get on well with others and so on.
In the book, I understand how I can build trust with others. It's when your words and actions match people know they can trust you. I think, the words sound easy but it's very hard to do. In the society, everyone hide themselves in the dark, words and actions is different for different person. But I would like to try to do it as much as possible. Only say what I mean. Be impeccably honest with my words. When others know that you only speak genuinely, they will trust you. I think It's glad for me.
For me, I often don't know how to encourage others, could I reason with them? But what I can say? I don't know. By learning the CHAPTER 6, I not only know "believing in people before they have proved themselves is the key to motivating people to reach their potential", but also kwon how to become a believer in people. It's very important in my life.
Then, when we are in difficulties, we may lose confidence to do everything. A friend or some others may give you some advices or comfort you. All of us need the words of encouragement just like we need the help of others. So give your praise words to everyone when they need it, such as when he\/she wears new clothes, when they are in difficulties, when they finish the work on time and so on. Your words may give him a lot help which may change his life. let's get a good habit of encourage others.
In your opinion, what is the most important things that a person can have to successful in life? what is success? different people hold views on this question. some think that one is successful if he can make a great deal of money. others argue that success means holding an important government post. Still others believe that whoever has got high academic title is successful. it is clear that there are quite different opinions on success.
But I feel the most important one in life to have is happiness. If a person who has lots of money but no one want to talk with him, he is an unsuccessful person. I want to live happily although I am not the rich.
And success is what everybody in this world strives to achieve, but not everybody can taste it because that is difficult. To reach success you must keep striving and never give up. As the saying goes: " working hard does not guarantee success, but giving up absolutely means loss.” In a way, one does not “fail” on “the road to success”; one can only continue on and build up on that success.
in order to become successful, I should first of all be both perseverant and hardworking. as you know, whatever you do, there are always two possible results: success and failure. when you fail, you should never lose heart. on the contrary, you must build up your confidence and work even harder.
In addition, it is important for me to get along well with my friends , care for each other and help each other.
Each person whether rich or poor has his own difficulties, because life is not always full of smiles and flowers. So it is very important to have a correct attitude to face up the difficulties.
When we're bite some serious problem, the first that we have to do is to calm down. Then, think about all the ways carefully to solve it. If it's over our ability, we can look up some books about it. After solved it, get the bottom of the reasons that why it was happened, how was it happened, what should we do in the future. We know: Practices makes perfect!
The right way to face up difficulties is to be confident and brave , Confront difficulties with confident and you will find the difficulties are not so hard as you thought. Try to solve the difficulties with brave and work hard , the difficulties will disappear and you will achieve success finally.

Literature is to us what water is to fish. At present, a large number of people are crazy about reading literatures. So do I. As far as I’m concerned , Victor Hugo is one of the most famous writers in the whole world. And there is no doubt that his works are the perfect ones. However, the reason why I like him so much is that his novel-- Notre Dame de Paris.
"Notre Dame de Paris" is his first romantic novel caused a great sensation, and its literary value and profound significance for society, it has experienced for nearly two centuries later, still is today over and over again reproduction, republication, which came to my hands.
When I first read it ,I was shocked by its content. And I can felt strongly about "beauty and ugliness contrast".Notre Dame de Paris’s sotry always stared around there people: the kind-hearted and beautiful girl-- La Esmeirada , cruel hypocrisy of the Notre Dame archdeacon -Claude , the noble heart bell ringer—Quasimodo.
The homsless girl La Esmeirada is the daring of Paris, and she gets the living by being a street performer. She is innocent and lovely ,and willing to help others. Because she couldn’t bear to an innocent person was executed, she accepted to be the poet’s wife, in order to save his life .When she see Quasimodo was suffered in the hot sun, only she would compassion. But such a kind-hearted girl, was hit by the church, the court slandered as “witch, murderer”, and was entenced to death by handing.
As far as the archdeacon Claude and the bell ringer Quasimodo, this is two completely opposite image. Claude on the surface of the pious, but inside his heart was full of worldly enjoyment envy , selfish , sinister, unscrupulous. However the bell ringer Quasimodo, the hump ,one-eyed, deaf and lame freak, was look down upon by the people. But he first felt the warmth of the people by the concern of La Esmeirada. And since then , he put all his passion for life and sustenance in her . At last, Quasimodo angry, pushed Claude alive fell to his death from the top floor, and he rushed to the tomb cave, holding the bodies of the dead gypsy girl. La
two years later, people see a broken neck, no marks, a leg length, one leg shorter body of a man, hugging a woman's body . When they attempted to detach this skeleton from the one it was embracing, it fell to dust.
Because the beauty is a sharp contrast to the ugliness,the novel has a strong force can swept away all our thoughts and feelings.This is an embodiment of the value and charm of this book. In "Notre Dame de Paris", the author describes with great sympathy for the people of Paris,who is in the lowest level, homeless and even is a beggar. They have abrupt manners ragged, but they are much better than the so-called educated, civilized world of virtue.
After reading this book I think it can be proved that the spiritual beauty is the most important. As Quasimodo , although he is very ugliness ,I believed that he is more worth respecting than Claude. And we shouldn’t judge of a man by his looks . In our daily lives, we always look down who looks ugly, shabby clothing, born with disabilities ... ... people who only know to blindly pursue "physical beauty", thus ignoring the real "spiritual beauty." General speaking, the real beauty lies in the mind. If a person does not mind the beauty of heart, even if not necessarily put on beautiful clothes beauty, to know the soul of a crow's feet wrinkles even than the eyes of thousands of road aging, but also with more failures, but also sad.
What’s more , according to this book , I realized the dark of the society of French . And this
book reflects the divine right of their age and human rights, between ignorance and knowledge, a huge system of heavy darkness and struggle with the split between personal vulnerability, conflict, tragedy eventually led to all people all at the expense of the tragic ending.Besides, I know that it’s high time to help those who are in need. Not only that time ,there are also many people whose experiences are similar to Quasimodo. So we must do something to help them take the place of ingoring them.And it’s better to make a martyr of ourselves for others’ sake in an emergency.
On the other hand, because of Notre Dame de Paris, I begin to deeply impressed by Victor Hugo. And I am interested in all his works . As the family's influence ，most of his work were about spasm of royalism and religion. His first novel, "Han. Islamic Rand," was published, won the appreciation of novelist Nuodi Ai. Since then , lasting bonds with Nuodi Ai, Hugo began to promote the romantic, and has become a leader of it . Hugo went through the 19th century almost all the major events in France . He has writeen a mass of poetry, novels, plays, essays and literary criticism and a variety of political essays.
That is "Notre Dame de Paris",that is Victor Hugo. Eventually,it is really a good work.. To be honest, the world will become better because of literature, and literature will become colourful because of "Notre Dame de Paris".
