大阪美食
Osaka is the second largest city in Japan. Because of its superior geographical

You must eat seafood hot pot in Osaka . There are two pots that are most worthy
of recommendation----crab pot and puffer pot. Osaka people are very good at
turn material resources to good account, they eat crabs and puffers with
different cooking methods, allowing guests to use different ways to experience
the delicious seafood, such as eating crabs or fish without any cook, barbecue
seafood, make Tempura , or directly cook in the pot.The tourists are very
consistent with so many different ways to cook the same things .
到大阪一定要吃海鲜火锅,其中有两种火锅最值得推荐,一个是螃蟹火锅,另一个就是河
豚火锅。大阪人很擅长物尽其用,他们在吃螃蟹和河豚时会采用不同的烹饪方法,让客人
用不同的方式体会海鲜的美味,比如生吃蟹片或鱼片,或者烧烤海鲜,或者做成天妇罗,
或者干脆放进锅中烧煮,这种“一物多煮”的方式也许最符合游客们尝鲜的喜好了。
In addition, we have to mention the puffer fish dishes in Osaka.
The set meal of puffer includes sashimi made of puffer fish skin and meat , pot
made from flesh and bone , and fried fish pieces. Puffer fish is not only fleshy,
but also rich in collagen, so skin is best.
Puffers are highly toxic, but the poison is concentrated in liver and blood, in
addition to these,the puffer meat tastes delicious.
另外,在大阪不得不提的就是河豚料理了。河豚全套餐,包括河豚皮和肉做成的刺身、骨头、肉做的火锅料,还有油炸的河豚块等。除了肉质饱满,河豚最值得称道的就是富含胶原蛋白的鱼皮。河豚有剧毒,但都集中在肝脏和血液部分,除此之外的河豚肉,味道则特别鲜美。
Round takoyaki is a snack made from octopus, eggs and flour. Fresh takoyaki adding some salty, sweet and sour sauce tastes more special. Mix meat, seafood, cabbage and some other materials with paste,pour them onto the iron plate ,burn until yellow, then topped with special sauce and seaweed powder. This is assorted burn(什锦烧).
圆圆的章鱼烧是一种以章鱼、鸡蛋、面粉为材料烧制的小吃。在新鲜出炉的章鱼烧上加一些咸中带点酸甜的调味酱,口感更加特别。而什锦烧是将肉片、海鲜、包心菜等杂料调入面糊中,在铁板上烧成酥黄色,然后淋上特制的酱料,再洒上海苔粉,美味可口。
Osaka Teppanyaki is Japanese vegetable pancake. It's popular food from Kansai.It is a part of Osaka diet culture and is also very popular throughout the country.
大阪烧是一种日式蔬菜煎饼,是日本关西的一种大众美食,也是大阪饮食文化的一部分,在日本全国各地也非常盛行。
As the Osaka Teppanyaki looks like a round cake, so it is also called " Japanese style pizza". It generally includes meat, seafood like octopus, egg, cabbage and other materials. All these material mixed with batter are poured onto a hot iron with oil, try to make it a circle, bake it to a pancake shape. Finally coated with salad , seaweed and dried squid bits .Use the" blade" tool to divide it into small pieces like cutting cake, then eat in the blade or by chopsticks. Osaka Teppanyaki is both cheap and delicious,what's more,many stores can bake Osaka Teppanyaki on your own, it's very fun to chat when making it.
由于大阪烧外形呈圆形大饼状,因此有人称大阪烧为“日本式比萨饼”。制作时一般包括肉类、章鱼等海鲜、鸡蛋、豆芽、卷心菜等材料。所有材料混进面糊中,一起淋到浇了油的热铁板上,尽量弄成圆形,烤制成薄煎饼形状。最后涂上沙拉酱,然后洒上称作青海苔的海藻及干制木鱼花就完工了。吃的时候,使用 “铲刀”工具像切蛋糕一样分切成小块,然后放在铲刀上或是用筷子夹起来吃都可以。大阪烧既便宜又好吃之外,更重要的是不少大阪烧专门店里都可以自己烤制大阪烧,这样子可以一边聊天一边制作大阪烧,十分好玩。

主料:卷心菜:半颗、面粉:200克
辅料:红椒:1个、猪肉馅:末100克、河虾:20克、鸡蛋:2个、海苔:1片、柴鱼片:适量、酱油:1小勺、辣椒粉:1小勺、烤肉酱:1勺、水:适量、食盐:1小勺、鸡精:1小勺、胡椒粉:适量、色拉油:50克、沙拉酱:适量
步骤:
1、高丽菜、红椒洗净,切成极细的丝,置于大盆中
2、猪肉剁成末,加入酱油、辣椒粉和烤肉酱拌匀
3、将肉末和小虾皮倒入盆中
4、加入鸡蛋、面粉、盐、鸡精、胡椒粉
5、加少量水拌匀成干稀适度的面糊
6、煎锅倒油烧、至六成热,倒入面糊,中小炎煎制
7、待一面煎至金黄时再翻面煎另一面,至熟透
8、将煎好的面饼盛出,表面挤适量沙拉酱(多少随各人喜欢),撒上海苔丝和柴鱼片(有海苔粉更好,没有用海苔剪碎或剪成丝亦可)
