2.In the world of American movies, clouds seemed to hide the sun, bad guys run everywhere, the world need super heroes. Thus, superman and batman, spider-man and other gifted heroes appeared in succession. They fight the evil and save the treacherous shovel people, these super heroes are selfless, they can even sacrifice their lives in order to protect the weak.

5.The character “Superman” has influenced several generations all over the world. He was widely considered to be the No.1 American .The character's appearance is distinctive and iconic: a blue, red and yellow costume, complete with , with a stylized on his chest.

We can say, Superman created the American movie industry in a new era.

7.Batman is another popular superhero which is recognized around the world. But he always haunts in the dark of night to fight the evil. Superman is the son of sunshine, he is the night knight. The character's presence has extended our imagination. Also, it plays a really important role in our memories.

9.Spider-man is the only one who is from the bottom of the society. He is not as arrogant as superman, nor the coldness of batman, he is the tender feeling. “With great power comes great responsibility.” is his motto.

15. Movie as a comprehensive art form, together with the hero are the products of times. Movies give us an intuitive and visual impact shock, rich enough sensory to enjoy ,in the pictures and sounds let our spirit to get the sublimation and pleasure.

while the heroes are also an icon of our desire, which give us strength and beauty, love and hope to make our life full of dreams and passion.

16.Since films have put the hero images that always been existed up to the screen, then we just enjoy a different kind of hero through it, whether a real or fictional hero, as long as ordinary people who allow us to find the spiritual sustenance, feel the power of example, and the most important is that we are encouraged to be a hero, even if it is not known, but this belief set us live in happiness and hope to enjoy life's pleasure and satisfaction, which is totally enough .

Here I will introduce the “Good Food (teifi cheese)” shop that I had interviewed. In order to get the effective information about this shop, I choose the interview and a APP of smartphone called ?whatsApp? to communicate with the manager. Here are the information that I had collect.

Slide 2

The manger of this shop named Danny van postal. Through the interview, I got the messages that this shop is his family business and it is selling organic cheese basically, but also selling other different organic foods. Sales way that Danny chooses is personal selling that can be summarized as “direct communications between paid representative and prospect that lead to purchase orders, customer satisfaction, and post-sale service”. So managers can make their job to have an effective yield, which makes a definite objective of their selling.

Danny has a very clearly aim. That he just wants to make their family business becoming bigger. As this business is his family business. I got the information that this business has been running for thirty one years. But Danny was running this business for twenty nine years, and owned this shop for five years ago. As Robert Frost suggested that “By working faithfully eight hours a day, you may eventually get to be a boss and work twelve hours a day”. Danny always starts his shop at nine o?clock and ends at seventeen o?clock during one week, except Sunday, that he need to have a rest and stay in the farm to have communicate with his family.

At the start, he only selling cheeses, milk and other dairy products. It needs to be mentioned that all products from his shop are all organic. This is very precious through business. So Danny has confidence to sell these products.

As Danny showed to me, there is no doubt that all goods he selling are all organic, he has selling cheese (minimum at three month, also preferred unpasteurized cheeses that people said blue cheese), buttermilk (from their own farm). Their organic cheeses, all cheeses are from their farm, and produce it at least three month. The milk they selling are all fresh.

Also as Danny said, he only sell cheese in the beginning, for two years ago he start to selling other products, and he also have a forecasts that he will selling his chill sauce in mainly in few years later and he has to expect that he can selling his own chilli sauce all over the world.

The chilli sauce (cooked by himself, that customers only can brought it in their

family shops). So Danny has planned to start his chilli business in a few years later. And also can selling the products that he has already selling. To make a little plans, can makes the managers notice what the next step of their business is.

And other products like damhile, sea salt (from Garlic Farm), organic rum (Paraguay), chutney, jam (pencae maws farm), honey (from new quar and new castle emlin), olive (from Greece), Bort/Porto herbs (from all over the world, that mostly from India, China, Wales and mushrooms(in llandysul)).

No matter which businesses that managers choose, they all need strategies.

Strategies are the grand designs that describe how a firm should operate to achieve its objectives. So managers can get the information from sales strategies that “what to do and how to react to activities of competitor in given situation”. As managers focus on their firm?s sales strategies, organizations can have a clearly target segment that can help organizations “pursue cost advantages or a differentiation”. According to this shop, their business has started around their farms. After that, they started to set up their own shops in Aberystwyth, Brecon, Carmarthen, Swansea, Cardiff, could ridge, Penarth and other towns. So almost lots of deli shops are selling their products. In Carmarthen, this shop has been started at five years ago. Through the interview, in order to analyse in which aspect that this shop makes most profit, Danny said, their mostly profits from their organic products, because there have the hand goods quality, as this shop selling products are all organic, so all good?s profit makes the most profit. As this shop is selling local products, almost goods are from their farm, but there also have several products imported from foreign country.

Overall, in order to make their own business get more and more profit, the most important things are choosing the proper products, and consider their products target groups, what kind of unique selling point that their products have, how much extra products that they can develop in the future, considering the selling problems that they may get, and find the solutions.

In last years, this shop?s gross profit is slowly going up. According to Kapferer (2000, p.56), cited by ‘Marketing Communication’, “products are mute; the brand is what gives them meaning are purpose, telling us how a product should be read”. So make a clearly brand for their business is very important. Products that Danny selling are all put ?organic?, on one hand, it attracts customers that who are interested in organic. On the other hand, this brand makes customers would not question the quality of his products. Also, as his chilli sauce start selling, this specific product are attract

customers to purchase these goods. But this product is newly for customers, there has a little limitation of selling. So the shop?s gross profit is increasing but slowly.

As this shop is selling all organic products, they have make high quality cheese and products, so they have put many attention in ethical policies. Like their organic

cheeses, all cheeses are from their farm, and produce it at least three month. The milk

they selling are all fresh. The products they selling are all organic. This decision makes their shop has more costs than other similar shops, but this decision makes their products have a good quality.
