顾名思义，自我管理能力是指人依靠主观能动性按照目标，有意识、有目的地对自己的思想、行为进行转化或控制的能力。 可能在座的各位大多数会出现这样的情况：在学校的时候本打算回到家里这样，而真正回到家之后却这样，或者这样，那么比较不幸，你的自我管理能力还有待提高。不过请不要担心，相信今天的演讲会对你有所帮助。 为什么有些人可以干什么像什么，样样精通；而有些人看起来忙忙碌碌却无所作为。其中最大的秘密就在于自我管理。那些所谓的“通才”、“天才”其实并没有那么神，他们只是拥有了非常高的自我管理能力，从而对自己进行精确地管理来让自己的产能效率最大化。 那么，我们该如何提高自我管理能力呢？

首先，立即行动 这听起来很简单，可研究表明，开始着手做一件事是非常困难的，因为在开始做一件事之前，大脑会可视化其中最困难的部分，然后让我们去做一些轻松的事而不是去模拟真实的工作。大家可能都会有这样的感觉，自己在家学习时，如果不把书本翻开，学进去的话，我们总想拿出手机看看，即使没什么可看的了，也不愿意去学。这就是“开始效应”在作怪，这时唯一需要的就是，立即行动，进入学习状态。因为庆幸的是，我们的大脑有一个被称为“蔡格尼克效应”的构造，它会迫使人们完成已经开始了的工作。蔡格尼克效应表明，当我们没有完成已经开始了的任务时我们就会经历不适和入侵性的想法，这种想法会迫使我们完成任务。所以，想要完成任务，那就立即行动。

2.列出计划。 在执行一系列任务时，我们经常会对任务毫无概念，手忙脚乱，这时如果没有一个明确合理的计划，那么我们很容易会对没有完成的任务产生厌倦的心理，从而使我们分心，降低我们的效率。所以，列出计划，是自我管理的第一步。这是清华姐妹花之一马冬晗的计划表。有人评价：她比国家领导人还忙啊！当然，我们大可不必这样费心，一个简单的计

划就好。虽说简单，但至少应该包括两方面，一是任务形式，就是你要做什么。二是限制时间，在多长时间内完成这项任务。如果想要再完善的话，还应该有第三方面：总结和反思。打个比方，每天晚自习上课之前，五点25左右，我们完全可以坐下来，拿出记作业本开始列出今天晚自习的学习计划：比如??其中最关键的环节是时间限制，预计在多长时间内可以完成就大胆在计划中列出来，如果提前完成了当然可以将计划整体向前推进；如果某一项或某几项任务没有在规定时间内完成，也不要拖延计划。时间到了就立即停止，未完成的等待空余时间再完成。这样每天的训练对我们提升自我管理能力，提高学习效率非常有帮助。另外提一下总结和反思：

3.专注 关于这点，我们首先得明白，其实人的意志力是有限的，事实上，一些研究认为，意志力是一项非再生能源，而且会被彻底用光，这个概念也称“自我损耗”。所以如何合理地分配这项资源决定了你自我管理的效果。我们都知道福尔摩斯有一个特点，他有着超强的观察能力和无比丰富的有助于侦破案件的知识储备，并且还精于他的业余爱好小提琴。可是对于天文等知识他却一窍不通也不想通。这就是福尔摩斯智慧的体现，他知道自己只能够涉猎有限的领域才能在该领域达到一定的高度，如果他样样都想通，那么结果只会是样样都松。所以，在一段时间甚至一生只专注某几个领域是自我管理的一个不错的选择。当然，尝试和体验是不可或缺的，但是专注于某一阶段的主业永远是王道。这是宏观上的专注；那么微观上的专注就是拒绝“多任务处理”。打个比方，如果我想学习，那么在一段时间里我只能想着学习，而不是一边上社交网站，一边想着足球，一边写作业。

4.有规律的作息。 其实仔细想一下，学校教给我们的不仅仅是知识和做人，它更多的是在暗示我们要形成健康规律的作息习惯。为什么有些同学抱怨一个假期就胖了十多斤，根本就在于假期里他没有一个健康规律的作息习惯，每天晚睡晚起，白天浑浑噩噩。相反在学校，每天强迫着你做操跑步，还能好一些。但离开二中，以后步入大学校园，更以后参加工作，没人会逼着你每天适当的锻炼身体，到那时，你的自我管理能力将决定着你的健康程度和生活质量，也间接地决定了你的工作水平和创造社会财富的能力。

I love my family
