我爱东城区

我是东城区的一名初一学生，我爱滋养我的这片文明城区。每天上学时坐在公交车上，既能欣赏古朴的建筑，又可以走近现代化的高楼大厦，有一中穿越古今的美妙感受。

我爱王府井的繁华，我爱雍和宫的典雅，我爱故宫的神秘，我爱天坛的庄严……我爱她数不尽的名胜！ 东城是我的家，我爱她！我要建设她美好的未来！ 我会遵守交通规则、我会爱护花草、我不会乱扔赃物。我要展现文明素养。我一定要发愤读书，学好本领，把这座古老而又年轻的城区建设得更加美好。

I Love Dongcheng District

I am a student in Grade 1 in a Middle School of Dongcheng District. I love Dongcheng District, the civilized area where I am brought up well. On my way to school, It is fantastic for me to sit on the bus, admiring the historic and modern

buildings, which gives me a wonderful sense of being in modern and ancient period at the same time.

I love the flourish of Wangfujing, I love the elegance of Yonghe Lama Temple, I love the mystery of Forbidden City and I love the solemnity of Temple of Heaven …… I love the uncountable places of interests in Dongcheng District.

Dongcheng District is the home to me. I love it, I wish I could make it more beautiful through my effort.

-- I obey the rules of traffic, take good care of flowers and grass and never litter at random. I show my good manners everywhere I go.

And also I make a promise that I will study hard and use all the knowledge that I have mastered to make my contribution to build our

ancient while young Dongcheng District better.

我爱英语

As everyone knows,English is very important today.It has been used everywhere in the world.It has become the most common language on Internet and for international trade. If we can speak English well,we will have more chance to succeed.Because more and more people have taken notice of it,the number of the people who go to learn English has increased at a high speed.

But for myself,I learn English not only because of its importance and its usefulness,but also because of my love for it.When I learn English, I can feel a different way of thinking which gives me more room to touch the world.When I read English novels,I can feel the pleasure from the book which is different from reading the translation.When I speak

English, I can feel the confident from my words.When I write English,I can see the beauty which is not the same as our Chinese...

I love English,it gives me a colorful dream.I hope I can travel around the world one day. With my good English, I can make friends with many people from different contries.I can

see many places of great intrests.I dream that I can go to London,because it is the birth place of English.

I also want to use my good English to introduce our great places to the English spoken people,I hope that they can love our country like us.

I know, Rome was not built in a day. I believe that after continuous hard study, one day I can speak English very well.

If you want to be loved, you should learn to love and be lovable. So I believe as I love English everyday , it will love me too.
