招聘录用观后感

今天班上进行了现场的模拟招聘实训，各组长的现场发问以及每位应聘求职者的现场作答，实现了真正的职场面试环节。在班里的模拟实训中，每位同学的表现总体上都是不错的，各有各的特点。对于他们的优势，可以借鉴，不足之处，则可进行自省。在观看整个过程的同时，也在思考着与参加模拟面试的同学相比，自己身上有哪些不足之处和在以后的工作中，在真正的职场面试时，要注意哪些问题，说话的技巧，答题的窍门，以及自己心态的调整等等。例如，为了使自己给面试官留下一个良好的深刻的印象，在自我的衣着谈吐方面要尽量保持优雅；自我介绍环节，也可以像那位女同学一样，用一口流利的英语表达，给面试官一新的印象，为自己加分；在与面试官快问快答、交流的环节，要注重自己的仪态表现，说话的语气、技巧等以及在面试过程中要始终保持自己的心态平整，切记紧张。这些都是在今天的模拟现实现场中学到的一些参加面试的技巧，我觉得这次招聘录用的现场模拟实训给我们以后职场应聘提供了很好的锻炼。

第二篇：鬼子来了 观后感The Review of The Hinomoto Onikos are coming

The Review of The Hinomoto Onikos are coming

The movie named The Hinomoto Onikos are coming, directed by Wen Jiang, tells a story occurred in the Anti-Japanese War, and the content is about a group of Chinese famers and the Japanese aggressors.

It was the spring festival of 1945, when the Anti-Japanese War nearly ended. In a dark night, a person “I” burst in the house of Third Ma, who is an ordinary, frank and traditional famer. “I” leaved a Japanese sergeant and a Chinese interpreter as the captures, and asked Third Ma guard the two soldiers without any mistake, until “I” back and take the person off. The misfortune was leaved too. Third Ma didn’t know who is “I”, because of the fear, he had to find a solution to guarded the two enemies. It is a hard time. The Japanese checked up the village every day, and the two captures always attempted to run away. What’s worse, “I” didn’t appear at the appointed date, so he had to find more food for them in that hungry time.

Ma and the villagers didn’t have the heart to kill the enemies, because they all didn’t want to become a killer. They found a lot ways to deal with the two persons but failed. Finally, they decided sent them back to the army and asked some food for reward. Things looked like smoothly, the commander agreed to give the villagers food and planed to hold a party with them. And the villagers were very happy.

In fact, the commander believed it is a dirty trick of the villagers, and all the soldiers thought the sergeant surrendered and he was the shame of the whole army. They all felt very angry, so, the Japanese commander and his soldiers made a slaughter at the party and killed all the villagers.

Because Ma’s girlfriend was bearing baby in another village, he survived, and witness the atrocity of the Japanese army. After the war, the Kuomintang army took over control the village. Ma rushed in the house of Japanese captures and killed soldiers for revenge. But the commander of Kuomintang thought he was wrong, and killed him, and the headsman is the Japanese sergeant, which is so dramatic. Finally, the Ma was killed.

It is a controversial movie, some people think it reflect the real scenes and let us think deeply, but the others think it can’t express the Chinese people’s positive aspect to resist the aggressors.

I think it is worth watching, for the movie exposes the cowardice and the ignorant of the traditional Chinese people, and criticizes the atrocity of the Japanese soldiers at this time.

Ma is the hero in that movie, and he finishes a transform from a traditional farmer to a braver who dares to rebel. He desires the peaceful life, but he is forced to receive too much, that include the enemies and the blame of the other villagers. So he has to resist, even thought he is killed

at last.

The other villagers, in that movie, reflect the negative aspect of traditional Chinese people. Most of them are conservative and cowardice. They don’t care others unless they are involved, and it is the typical character of us. And the movie warns us that we will be harmed sooner or later if we don’t change this character.

As to the Japanese, we can catch a glance of their characters and know why they warring to the Chinese people and even have no apologize in today. And the acting skill of the actor who acts sergeant is pretty good. And it is very humanistic of a Japanese can act this negative role.

And the others roles, like the headsman in Qing dynasty, the storytelling men, and the captain Wu, are all represent the ugly aspects of Chinese society and Chinese people.

Criticize is the symbol of success. Though this movie is not receive by all the people, it is really an excellent work!
