《秘密花园》读后感

有这样一本书,它充满了魔力，在你心情烦闷的时候,看一看它,就会使你立刻快乐、开朗，而且还能让你百读不厌，它的名字叫《秘密花园》。

《秘密花园》里的主人公叫玛丽，她的父母被一场可怕的瘟疫带走了，使玛丽这个可爱的小女孩成为了孤儿，不得不被送到她舅舅的画眉庄园。画眉庄园是一个古老而充满神秘感的地方，有一个被她舅舅——克兰文先生锁了十年的古老花园，还有被秘密藏在房间里的小男孩——克林。玛丽的到来改变了一切，她通过一只知更鸟的帮忙，发现了被埋掉的花园钥匙和被隐藏起来的园门，也发现了那个被藏起来的小男孩克林——也就是她的表哥。玛丽、克林和一个热爱动物的男孩——迪肯从此成为了好朋友,通过他们的努力,终于唤醒了沉睡十年的古老花园。

在读这本书之前，当我看到题目时，就感到了神秘感。当看到玛丽的父母被瘟疫带走时，我也感到了淡淡的悲伤；当我看到辽阔的荒原时，我的心情就变的非常宽阔；在看到玛丽在种植球根、蝴蝶花等植物时，我感到非常新鲜有趣；在看到玛丽对身体虚弱的克林说呼吸新鲜空气的好处时，我感到周围仿佛有许多的清新空气，令我心旷神怡；当我看到克林在玛丽等好朋友的帮助下身体慢慢康复时，我在心里默默为他祝福；当我看到通过他们的不懈努力，终于唤醒了沉睡了十年的古老花园时，我的心情是多么欢乐呀！

在这本书中里，我学到了：要改变自己的人生，要靠努力，也靠自信。

Nature is the Greatest Magician

With a thin angry face and thin yellow hair, Mary was not a pretty child. Her parents were busy with social doings and didn’t care about her much so she was only taken care of by servants. Being short of solicitude from parents and living in the limited room, she became a selfish, disagreeable, bad-tempered girl. Nobody would like such a girl, but she didn’t care at all. It seemed that she would always be a nuisance and nobody could change her.

Someday a pestilence broke out, which made Mary a poor orphan. Then she was sent to England to live with her uncle, Mr. Craven. When she was there, she was still angry about everything, only good at giving orders to others. One day, with a robin leading the way, she found a secret garden, which was locked for ten years. By accident, she found the key to the door, and when she entered the grand garden, she saw the magic of the nature!

The sun shone, the birds sang, the sky was clearly blue, and the walls were covered with climbing roses……Her cold, stiff mind was moved by the amplitude, catholicity, magnanimousness of the works of God ! She fell in love with the secret garden! She had her own scope of activity, and her life became full of energy! Then she met Dickon, a lovely little boy who was close to nature, loved little animals and flowers. They were the devotees of the nature, and the beautiful garden made them became good friends quickly. Mary changed a lot, becoming a kind, gentle, and easy-going girl.

The greatest miracle the nature gave to the lovely children happened on Colin. He was Mr. Craven’s son, whose character was the same as the former Mary, always disagreeable with all the people around him. Ten years ago, his mother died in the very garden, Mr. Craven was very sad, and didn’t want to see Colin because he resembles his mother very much. Colin was lonely and so ill that he thought he was to be crooked and die. Fortunately, the three children encountered. The beautiful scenery in the garden also shocked Colin. Breathing the fresh air, he became strong and healthy. He believed that there was magic helping him stand up to walk as the normal people. And in fact, he was right. Nature is the Greatest Magician! She made Colin cry out,“I’m going to live for ever and ever and ever!”

For 10 years Mr. Craven had lived his lonely life, his heart was full of sadness. He buried the key to the secret garden in order to bury his sadness, but he was still unhappy. Who was able to help him? The secret garden! When he saw his lively son in the garden, his depressed heart became full of warm sunshine again! As the garden relived, it brought a lot of happiness and miracles to them. It was the present of the nature!

Nature turns illness to health, turns sadness to delight, turns loneliness to happiness. Now, they were like three eidolons of the nature, healthy, free, and happy!
