The week-long English teaching capacity training is over, really benefited. We have a happy that the teachers arrangements. I am very grateful that the school training such these arrangement let us know a lot of the work of the teachers; know how much hard work as a teacher.

This training aims to enable us to master the teaching skills of early childhood teachers, exercise our ability to respond to, and pay more attention to spoken English training, to improve our own speaking ability, to enable us to further strengthen the English speaking ability to adapt to the needs of the occupation. Training requires us to seriously participate in the training stage. It can use various tools to solve the problems encountered; successfully solidarity and cooperation when necessary, during an inspection can play freely, independent complete the requested task.

Monday morning, the teacher taught us how to write lesson plans, and we selected a text to write lesson plans. Through teacher lectures solutions, lesson plans are divided into: the purpose of teaching, teaching important and difficult, teaching process, teaching materials, teaching reflection in five parts. Afternoon, the teacher gave us about the PPT approach, though in the past will be the point, but know more after their lessons. Tuesday morning the teacher told us about the teaching skills: the flag of teacher’s skills, including professional knowledge, professional competence, and professional accomplishment; teachers in the classroom

should be both reasonable and love. Afternoon teacher gave us to see the film in English, to improve our spoken. Wednesday morning teacher requirements in pairs to make a lecture to the children of PPt, although have a little tight, we continue to find information, constantly revised and completed on schedule at noon. Although have a little tired, it is happy, a sense of accomplishment. The afternoon began to talk of the PPT the first because of the time and did not practice, the second we do not have experience, so to talk about the not very satisfied. Thursday morning is to demonstrate the PPT. The teacher selected six satisfactory and gave leadership in the afternoon show again, and the recognition of the leadership of the hard work of teachers has not been wasted. Friday coffee tea teacher gave us arranged games, exercise resourcefulness. The afternoon began to write a report. The training activities are very successful, you fully prepared students would also like to thank the College and the Department of the state religion of all the leaders and teachers, and without their efforts we would not have this training opportunity. Would also like to thank our teachers, the teachers are very gentle, no matter when patience will come and help us. I am grateful to the teachers, is also very grateful to the school to arrange such a good teacher to guide us, just too naughty, there are a lot of things the teacher said we could not remember, I would like to say a: Teacher, your hard work!
