The Floglass
1.0 Introduction
Flonal is a fashionable and has lots of new ideas company concentrating on self-enhancement for the youngster. The brand founded in Beijing in 2005,it not only design elegant and modern clothes for people, but also produces serious relevant accessories. Because of modern style, it has been established branch in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Tianjin successfully. Today, we will launch a new product—Floglass. This report is to demonstrate the competitiveness of our product—as the more fashionable style that people pursuit, the Dior sunglasses are not the only choice of distinguished luxury, and the launch of our new product is obviously feasible.
1.1 Established brand’s background
The house of Dior was established on 16 December 1946 at 30 Avenue Montaigne Paris B(Wikipedia 2014). In 1947,the founder Christian Dior
launched his first fashion serious—New Look. The fashion show overturned people’s cognition and caused a great sensation. After that, Dior developed gradually and more excellent designers joined in the company. Nowadays, as the excellent designers’ effort, Dior is still the brand that people trust and pursuit, whether it be clothing, leather goods, perfumes or cosmetics(Baidu 2015).In addition, the company operates a total of 210 retail
locations(Wikipedia 2014).”Gold is cold. Diamonds are dead. A limousine is a car. Don’t be pretend. Feel what’s real.C’est ca Que J’adore.”(2009)
1.2 Established product
As described,Dior has its style in their sunglasses taking on a sense of streamlining（Wikipedia 2014）.
And in the aspect of color, the Dior sunglasses presents an Avant-garde style, attracting the attention of the most people in the world(neimanmarcus.com). Similar to the Dior sunglasses, Floglass is also fashionable and elegant. However, the design of sunglasses is a youthful,the Dior sunglasses can not occupy the whole market of sunglasses in the world. This is a chance for our product to develop. Flonal not only produces sunglasses for younger,but also provides various sunglasses for others.Our products are all in good quality, even though the sunglasses fall accidentally, the pair of glass will not hurt the user.And our company will design some new products to remain the company’s competitive.In addition,the floglass makes another promise that customers could exchange a pair of new style sunglasses with our company using the old sunglasses with a half price of the newly-launched sunglasses.
1.3 Customer profile
Our company affords kinds of sunglasses to all the people— children, younger or old people, you will surely find suits own sunglasses. Although our products are belong to luxury, we have different prices of sunglasses. A common family can afford sunglasses, it is difficult to have economic burden for our customers. Our customers will fall in love with the floglass. Younger can use it to express their characters, even though old people could use it to protect their eyes on the days full of strong sunlight.
