Though most of students’ taking seats in advance is for better study, this kind of phenomenon has great negative effects. Should Smoking in Public Places be Banned?

Nowadays many countries in the world have passed laws to ban smoking in public places. Some smokers claim that their rights are infringed if smoking is forbidden in public places.
