二年级集体备课计划
一、指导思想:
坚持“以人为本”的教学理念,以全面推进素质教育为目标,以实施课程改革和提高教育质量为核心,强化教学教研工作,注重新、老教师结合,关注学生的个体差异和发展的不同需求,使每个学生在语文学习中都能受益,让每个学生都能在愉悦的氛围中积极、主动地参与各种语文教学活动,促进教师、学生的共同发展。充分发挥全体语文教师的聪明才智,凝聚语文教研的集体智慧,浓厚语文教研的氛围。优化备课组活动,以研究课为中心,努力探讨新课程理念指导下的课堂教学新模式。
二、工作目标:
1、贯彻、落实语文课程标准,深入课堂教学研究,激发学生主动探究意识,培养学生创新精神和实践能力,努力提高学生语文素养。
2、以课堂教学为中心进行教学改革,在教导处指导下,做好校本教研,提高教学实效。
3、开展形式多样、内容丰富、生动有趣的语文学科活动,激发学生学习语文的兴趣,在自主活动中提高学生的语言实践能力,促进学生个性的和谐发展。
三、具体实施步骤:
1、集体备课的基本程序是:个人粗备——集体备课——个人细备。备课组要实行先周集体备课。每课题确定一个中心发言人。
2、中心发言人在集体备课前要深入钻研教材和大纲,反复阅读教学参考书及有关资料。集体备课时详细介绍本课在教材中的地位及前后联系,教材重点难点,突出重点和突破难点的方法,每课课时分配,教学方法的设想等。
3、组内每位教师要积极参与集体备课活动,各抒已见,充分讨论,统一认识,活动结束后,备课
组长要认真做好活动记录,以备学校领导及教务处检查。
4、集体备课时,除中心发言人作主题发言外,其他教师也要积极参与,发表自己的教学设想并阐述理论依据,经过“争鸣”,形成比较一致的意见和实施教案。各位科任教师在这一教案的基础上,融入自己的教学风格,进行实施、总结和反思,最终形成对某一教学内容的最优秀的教学设计。其它教师在原有备课上进行修改,特别要注意记录好课后反思。

二年级数学课题组集体备课计划

为了进一步落实集体备课活动以课堂教学为重点,以提高课堂教学有效性为目的,通过“集体备课”,“校本教研”等方式提高集体备课效益。为了充分发挥集体智慧,促进以老带新,以新促老,集思广益,博采众长,真正实现脑资源共享,使全体教师能从单元整体上驾驭教材,结合我校以往的经验,特制定集体备课计划。
一、指导思想: 认真开展课题组集体备课活动,在备课中抓住三个结合:与新的理论结合,与集思广益结合,与课堂高效相结合。开展“一课、一议、一思、一得”的教研活动。实施集体备课与教研活动相结合,针对教学的某一问题进行研讨,组里若有亮点教学设计,及时与其他教师共享。
二、目标及做法
1、每周组织一次集体备课,时间定在星期三上午第二、三节。
2、每次集体备课有中心发言人,有主题,有记录,使集体备课落到实处,全面提高教师业务素质。

四、备课要求
严格按照国家课程标准“自主、综合、拓展、创新”和“先学后教”的教学思想和有关要求进行。具体应做到以下几个方面:
1、做到五备:备课程标准、备教材、备教法、备学生、备教学程序。
2、体现五点:知识点、能力点、重难点、教育点及学生容易出错点。
3、力争三定:定时间、定内容、定中心。
4、抓五研究:研究重点、难点、教法、学法和考法。
5、做到五统一:统一目标、统一进度、统一训练,统一单元测试。
五、备课程序
1、将教材以单元、课时为单位进行划分,确定备课内容。
2、将备课内容分配给各教师,确定中心发言人(主备人)。
3、由中心发言人谈教材的处理意见,然后集体讨论形成核心意见(书面材料)。如教学目标、知识点、重点、难点,本单元的教法、学法,本单元的跟踪训练及单元检测。
4、中心发言人(主备人)根据讨论后所形成的意见设计本单元教案(每一课时),发给本年级组每位教师。
5、教师领到教案后,根据本班具体情况进行修改补充和再创造(必须在教案上见到文字痕迹),力求体现共性和个性的完美结合。
6、运用此种教案授课后及时在“教后记”中进行反思和改进。
六、督查与评比
备课组长对组内成员的活动进行督查与评比。
