关于做好海城一小20##学年第一学期

期末学业水平检测的通知

各年级段、办公室、埭头校区:

为了有效推进素质教育与新课程的实施,科学运用教学评价手段和机制,加强教学质量的全过程管理,面向全体学生,全面提高教学质量,根据开发区文教体局20##学年第一学期期末学业水平检测的文件精神,现将本学期一至六年级期末检测和评卷作如下安排。

三、注意事项

1、请考务人员提前30分钟到考务地点(三楼接待室),监考教师提前20分钟到达三楼接待室,做好签到工作。

2、监考教师务必做好监考工作,严肃考风考纪,并认真负责整理好学生试卷。(考生座位必须按照学籍号顺序就坐。)

3、司铃严格执行考试的时间,开考前5分钟预备铃(短铃)。教师进场分发试卷,然后考生进场。开始考试(长铃),铃声响后,学生开始答卷。结束考试铃(长铃),学生上交答卷,离开考场。

4、改卷结束后,按顺序整理学生考试成绩,统一登记在考生成绩登记表上,同时各负责人组织本组的老师将成绩输入到电子稿中,上交到教导处。

5、拆封后,统计成绩,一律不准更改,如发现确有错误的,须经教务处同意后改正。

五、检测要求

1、语数英科教师在1月16日下午4点之前将自己执教学科的期末检测质量分析报告电子文稿发送到邮箱52851892@qq.com(任教不同年级、不同学科的教师每份都要撰写)

2、班主任和各科任教师不得以期末学业水平检测成绩为唯一标准来判定学生的好差,任何组织或教师不得将学生的考试成绩进行排名或张榜公布,不得以测试成绩排列班级的名次,不得以测试成绩作为衡量教学质量、评定教师教学工作的唯一标准。

3、班主任和各科任教师要按照课程计划和课程标准的要求,通过各种形式,评价学生素质发展状况(包括学业成绩的考核和综合素质测评),评价结果要记入学生电子学籍档案。

考场规则

一、考试要求:

1、考生在每科开考前5分钟进入考场,并按规定位置就座,不得随意变动;

(温馨提示:上涂校区老教学楼桌椅按6组排列,新教学楼按7组排列)

2、考生进入考场只准带规定允许的文具,其他物品一律集中放在指定位置;

3、特别强调:考生不得带通讯工具(手机、小灵通等)入考场;

4、不准夹带、偷看、抄袭或有意让他人抄袭,不准接传答案或者交换答卷;不准交头接耳、左顾右盼;

5、考生在考场内必须保持安静,提前交卷者,应马上离开考场,不得在考场附近逗留、喧哗。

二、考试中凡有下列行为且证据确凿者,一律视为作弊:

1、夹带资料;

2、传送或接受他人答案;

3、交头接耳、左顾右盼;

4、携带通讯工具(手机、小灵通等);

5、以其他方式作弊者。

三、对考试作弊者,将按以下规定处理:

1、该科考试成绩以零分计入学生成绩档案;

2、责令其作书面检查;

3、视情节轻重给予警告及以上处分,在校内张榜公布;

4、通知家长配合教育。

监考人员工作规则

一、监考人员要认真学习掌握有关考试规则,维护考场纪律,监督应试人员公平、公正考试,批评、制止并处理违纪、作弊行为。

二、监考人员领取试卷后,应于开考前5分钟起对进入考场检查应试人员座位,查收禁止带入考场的物品。禁止无关人员进入考场。

三、开考前,由监考人员向应试人员宣读《考场规则》。

四、考试时,除应试人员、监考人员、总监考人员、考区(办)负责人员外,其他人员一律不得进入考场。

五、监考人员对试题内容不得做任何解释或暗示,对应试人员就试题文字印刷不清提出的询问应当场解答。

六、监考人员发现应试人员突患疾病不能坚持考试的,应劝说其停考就医。

七、监考人员应坚守岗位,在监考期间不得吸烟、吃零食、打瞌睡、阅读书报或接打电话。

八、考试结束铃响前15分钟,监考人员应向应试人员提示注意时间。考试结束铃响,应要求应试人员立即停止答卷,将试卷正面朝上放在桌面上,并迅速离开考场。

九、考试结束后,监考人员应立即回收、清点试卷,并按学号顺序由小到大排列,发现应试人员携带试卷出考场的应立即追回。

十、监考人员回收本考场试卷完毕后,应将试卷集中送至考点的考务办公室。试卷由考务人员清点回收后方可离开考务室。

Last year, my dad went to another city to work, so he could no longer drive me to the places I needed to go. He also thought I was old enough to go to some places myself. It’s natural that parents love their children. But the way many Chinese parents educate their children is not the best. There are three girls in my family. Anne is six years older than me. Our family used to be very poor, and our mother worked at a factory in the evenings.
