改革开放以来,我国旅游业得到了很大的发展,与之相关的酒店行业的发展更是迅猛,并逐步形成了高、中、低档酒店并存的格局。在酒店发展的过程中,国外饭店管理集团的进入,为中国酒店业,特别是高档酒店业的发展注入了活力。但是在酒店业整体发展过程中,仍然出现了发展格局不合理的局面,国内酒店业对高档酒店的发展投入了过多的精力,而对中、低档酒店的发展,特别是经济型酒店的发展重视不足。造成了高档酒店供需相对过剩、竞争激烈;中、低档酒店发展缓慢,服务质量、硬件设施差,竞争能力差。加入WTO后,国外饭店管理集团加速进入中国各档次的酒店业,对中国民族酒店行业威胁巨大。在此背景下,本文从经济型酒店在中国的发展现状出发,运用麦克尔.波特竞争五因素理论分析了经济型酒店的发展前景,指出经济型酒店在我国发展前景广阔,并针对我国经济型酒店业发展的具体情况,提出了发展经济型酒店应注意的问题。

摘 要
动态联盟是21世纪最为理想的合作模式之一,目前国际理论界和实践界对企业动态联盟模式做出了积极而有意义的探索,取得了大量有价值的成果。而且在我们的现实生活中,动态联盟模式也正在被实践和完善。
动态联盟模式的产生和应用是具有其必然的。一方面,随着世界经济一体化的发展,企业竞争面对的不仅仅是国内的各个竞争者,而且还有许多国外的许多同行业的竞争对手。另一方面,随着社会经济的不断成熟,科学技术的不断进步,需求呈现出多样化、个性化趋势。因此,面对复杂多变的市场,有效合理整合企业内部与外部资源去参与市场竞争,显然比仅凭企业内部资源具有优势。
本文以金花豪生国际大酒店为背景,分析了该企业的经营状况、经营中存在的问题;分析了该企业同其他企业的合作状况及存在的问题。从市场需求、机遇产品、信息管理水平等方面,对该企业实施动态联盟模式进行了可行性分析、论证。并按照动态联盟构建的步骤,设计了以该企业为盟主企业的动态联盟模式。在盟员企业选择、联盟设计谈判和联盟的实施与控制等方面作了比较详细的分析和设计。在构建基本完成后,阐述了该模式对企业的绩效影响和在服务业中被运用的潜力及影响。

随着全球一体化进程的不断加快以及新科技革命的不断进步,工作压力已经成为一个全球性的社会问题。联合国在一份报告中称工作压力已经变成了“21世纪的流感”。过度的工作压力不仅损害个体健康,而且损害组织健康,大幅降低生产力。从各国的实际情况来看,工作压力有着上升的趋势,因此工作压力管理受到越来越多的重视。
长期以来,我国企业一直忽视工作压力,工作压力管理从意识到人员配备上都与发达国家存在着较大的差距。由于煤矿工作环境、工作性质的特殊性,长期以来矿长的压力一直被忽视,本论文针对矿长这个特殊而广泛的群体进行工作压力的探索性研究。
本文注重从多学科的角度出发,以社会学、心理医学、组织行为学、管理学的基本理论作为深层次的理论基础,在文献研究的基础上,以压力管理理论和研究方法为主,结合矿长的具体实际对其工作压力管理进行了实证研究。
主要研究内容及结论有以下几点:
一是在文献分析的基础上结合压力状况的具体实际总结出个体压力框架,反映从产生压力到压力认知到压力行为,从而产生压力后果,然后再回到压力源的循环过程。这种模拟可以再现压力的内在机理及不同压力之间的内在联系。
二是结合个体压力框架及矿长的具体实际,设计矿长压力调查量表。以陕西省煤矿矿长为例,以发放问卷及访谈的方式调查矿长的压力源、压力行为、压力应对及压力下对工作的满意程度。对有效回收问卷运用SPSS 15.0进行统计分析,主要包括描述性统计分析、因子分析、变量相关分析以及回归分析,并对分析结果进行验证及讨论。
三是根据问卷分析结果结合具体实际提出矿长压力管理策略。在借鉴国外研究的基础上,结合我国组织工作压力源的特点及矿长群体工作的特殊性,建立矿长压力管理体系。 论文研究的最后将对研究进行总结及展望。

The United Nations said in a report job stress has become a "21st century flu." Excessive work pressure not only damages the health of individuals, but also damage healthy tissue, significantly reducing productivity. From a practical point of view of countries, working pressure with an upward trend, so work stress management are more and more attention.
Over the years, our business has been neglected work pressure, stress management from both staffing and realize there is a big gap between the developed countries. Because coal mine work environment, particularity the nature of work, the pressure of mine for a long time been neglected in this paper exploratory research work pressure for this particular mine and broad groups.
This article focused on starting from a multidisciplinary perspective, sociology, psychology medicine, organizational behavior, management science basic theory as the theoretical basis for in-depth, on the basis of literature research, in order to stress management theories and research methods, combined the actual mine specific empirical research conducted its work stress management.
The main contents and conclusions are as follows:
