佛山市华英学校初中生物实验操作考查方案

一、指导思想

通过组织初中生物实验操作考查，进一步促进初中生物实验教学，提高学生科学实验素养，激发学生动手实验的兴趣，培养学生的创新精神和实践能力，推进学生综合素质全面发展。

二、考查对象和时间

1、考查对象为初中二年级学生。

2、考查时间为20xx年4月23日~5月31日

三、考查方式、内容和要求

（一）考查方式：市教育局统一命题，并选取两题为本次生物实验操作考查题目，提前一个月向学生公布。每个考生在实际考查中从两题中抽签确定一题，并在15分钟内完成实验操作。考查前20分钟，由考生本人通过抽签决定考生的场次、座号、考室号及考题。

（二）考查内容及评分标准：

考查题目为：试题1：观察菜豆种子的结构

试题2：观察叶片的下表皮

评分标准：详细见考务手册。

（三）考查要求：初中生物实验操作考查内容主要包括实验操作技能、实验习惯、实验原理和实验设计与分析，重点考查实验操作技能和实验习惯。

1、实验操作技能包括显微镜及其他实验仪器的使用、临时装片的制作、生物简图的绘制、生物材料的解剖等基本的生物实验方法和操作技能。

实验操作技能考查水平分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ两级。Ⅰ级为初步学会，即会观察、会操作、会使用；Ⅱ级为学会，即要求学生比较熟练、准确、规范地操作。

2、实验习惯包括器材、仪器的取放，操作规范和有条理，有安全和环保意识，桌面保持清洁，及时清洗所用器材，如实填写实验报告。实验习惯的要求对于每个实验都是同一的。

四、考查成绩评定

1、考查过程采用评分办法，满分为100分。考查成绩以等级形式呈现：80分以上为A；70-79分为B；60-69分为C；60分以下（不含60分）为D。

2、考查被评为D（不及格）等级的考生，只能参加一次由区组织的补考，经补考及格后该学科考查成绩评为C等级，补考仍不及格则评为D等级。

3、考查成绩由学校建立初中生物实验操作考查档案并将考查结果填报《佛山市初中理化生实验操作考查成绩登记表》,结合成绩记录统计汇总《佛山市初中理化生实验操作考查情况登记表》（详见佛教办〔2012〕9号附件）上报上级教育装备部门(电教站)。
