This form should be used by interviewer according to interviewee’s performance.
2. 评估项中, 1-5 项为必须评估项,6-8项可根据实际职位的要求选择评估。如需评估其他项,可填写在空白处。
Items from 1 to 5 must be evaluated, item 6 to 8 can be decided whether to evaluate based on actual position requirement. Please use the blank form if other capability need to be evaluated.
3. 部门面试结束后,需将此表交给HR部门。
This form should be submitted to HR dept. after interview.
