一、本课题的研究意义、研究现状和发展趋势（文献综述）

1.研究的意义：

不同的设计风格展现不同的特色。现在人的生活节奏很快，在物质享受的同时更注重精神上的需求，欧式风格与往年流行的简约风格相比，除了温馨和时尚外，显得更加豪华、高档。可以说，它是传统欧式和简约风格的相结合。而在色调的选用上，多以象牙白色为主，浅色为主色调深色为辅助。相对于拥有浓厚欧洲贵族气息的传统欧式风格来讲，现代的欧式风格更为清新，也更符合中国人的审美观念，因而在近几年来越来越受到老百姓的喜欢和推崇。

现代人面临着城市的喧嚣和污染，激烈的竞争压力，还有忙碌的工作和紧张的生活。因而，更加向往清新自然、随意轻松的居室环境。少即是多，多即是少。如果发现自己的家被浓烈的世俗气息淹没了本属于你的独特气质和精致品位，那你可能是拥有的东西太多——书和杂志，家居办公用品和电脑设备，玩具总汇以及厨卫用具。怎样才能将自己从繁杂中解救出来，怎样才能走出无端堆砌的束缚，现代的欧式住宅室内设计以宁缺勿滥为精髓，合理的简化居室，从简单舒适中体现生活的精致。高雅浪漫但不奢华繁琐逐渐走近现代的欧式风格家居。

欧式风格研究的意义表现在:

（1）.通过对欧式风格的研究，使得人们更加清楚的认识欧式风格设计，使之更加系统化。

（2）.研究欧式风格使人们的居住环境得到优化，让人们拥有更加温馨浪漫的休息港湾。

（3）.透过欧式风格展现出家装风格怎样的发展趋势以及都市人们的生活需求。

2.研究现状：

中国的住宅室内设计是随着改革开放后的经济建设发展起来的，可以说是

一个十分年轻的行业。改革开放以来，住宅的建设一直是城乡建设的热点，住宅建设也从一开始对量的追求逐渐过渡到对质的追求，特别是住房制度的改革，人们对住宅的使用功能、舒适度以及环境质量更关心。这就要求在商品化住宅设计中首先要建立商品价值观念，住宅的功能、质量都要与其价格相联系，与市场需求相适应，精心设计，反复推敲，力求住宅精巧与合用。

目前来讲，大江南北的设计师风格都一样的，不同的就是大小空间的不同。另外，设计中追求文学的东西少一些。很多人把东西做出来了，但是缺乏情调，对主体不够关注。在确定课题后，找出一些年代稍微久远的室内空间设计方案，综合对比现代一些的装修方案，无论是在材料的运用还是在色彩的变化上，家装除了趋于简洁化和统一化，但更多注重的是个性化和人性化多元化，还有室内空间的明度和眼球捕捉的敏感度，低调的冷色开始多广泛的运用于设计中，给人一种安静，稳重和体现出自我价值和个性的感觉。城市的快节奏生活和工作的压力迫使人们力求空间的自然和谐统一。此外走进红星美凯龙、IKEA等大型的家居市场，不难发现随着工业设计水平的提高和创新，身边涌现了大批简洁而生活化气息并带有些幽默情调的家具设计，受到越来越多层次人士的喜爱，在室内空间里起到很好的丰富生活语言的作用，你可以说这是一种对艺术文化认识的提高，也可以说是个人生活要求和价值观的提高，生活融入设计理念，是人们一直不变的追求。

中国的房地产市场从20xx年后开始走向市场化。到如今20xx年，十多年过去了，各种流派的室内风格如走马灯一般陆陆续续的展现在人们面前，经历了一个快速的令人眼晕的流行过程。到这两年，经典欧式风格大行其道，尤其在别墅市场和高端住宅市场更是正当其时，走遍全国去看看，凡是天价别墅，高端公寓，江景房，湖滨房，海景房，大多如此。其实这种想象的背后，正是广大置业者投资者对经典的认识提高到了更高的一个层次。以前对欧式风格的欣赏只是好奇、表面爱好，如今更多的是对经典欧式风格的内在气质的认知。欧式设计风格被越来越多的人所崇尚，也被他独有的风格所迷恋。欧式相对于简约需要更多空间设计元素，欧式给人以“满”的感觉。有物质的需要，同时又有精神的享受。

欧式风格为什么会再次的盛行？原因之一是人们的已经厌倦了简约，更需

要创新，希望是可以感觉到有家的温暖；原因之二是随着社会经济的飞速发展，人们的经济实力不断增长，物质的享受已经不能满足人们。人们更注重于精神的享受，品位的提高；原因之三这是时代的必然，任何事物都必须经历从繁到简，再从简到繁的过程。所以欧式风格的室内空间设计是不会被淘汰的。

3.发展趋势：

现代的欧式风格继承了传统欧式风格的装饰特点，吸取了其风格的“形神”特征，在设计上追求空间变化的连续性和形体变化的层次感，家具门窗多漆为白色，画框的线条部位装饰为线条或金边，在造型设计上既要突出凹凸感，又要有优美的弧线。相对来说古典欧式风格线条复杂、色彩低沉，而现代的欧式风格则在古典欧式风格的基础上，以简约的线条代替复杂的花纹，采用更为明快清新的颜色，既保留了古典欧式的典雅与豪华，又更适应现代生活的休闲与舒适。其设计哲学就是追求深沉里显露尊贵、典雅中浸透豪华的设计表现，并期望这种表现能够完整地体现出居住人对品质、典雅生活的追求，视生活为艺术的人生态度，更加的贴近现代生活居住，缔造出更加舒适，温馨，典雅，和谐以及浪漫的生活空间。所以说现代的欧式风格住宅室内设计走向了多面化。具体表现在以下几个方面：

(1).欧式风格设计走向低碳化。如果说古典欧式风格线条复杂、色彩低沉，而现代的欧式风格则在古典欧式风格的基础上，以简约的线条代替复杂的花纹，采用更为明快清新的颜色，既保留了古典欧式的典雅与豪华，又更适应现代生活的休闲与舒适，节约了材料，节省了成本，真正做到了现代人们提倡的低碳化生活。

(2).欧式风格设计走向绿色化。现代的欧式风格简单大气，更加贴近自然。

(3).欧式风格设计走向人性化。现代的欧式装修风格迎合了现在年轻人的喜爱，现在都市的忙碌生活，早已经让我们烦腻了花天酒地，灯红酒绿，我们更喜欢的一个安静，祥和，看上去明朗宽敞舒适的家，来消除工作的疲惫，忘却都市的喧闹。现代的欧式风格更加给人一种温馨幸福感，能够满足很多人对生活的美好憧憬与向往，既能保持古典欧式的奢华同时又不会使人感到压抑，

可谓两全其美。

二、研究方案及工作计划（含工作重点与难点及拟采用的途径）

1.采用的途径：

1、借鉴查阅图书馆资料。广泛搜集和阅读各种理论文献和国内外关于现代住宅空间的装饰设计的有关资料，包括国内外的专著、期刊杂志、国内优秀的设计以及网上的资料等等，内容涉及建筑学、环境心理学、环境行为学等方面，以期使研究更为系统全面，并具有一定深度。

2、考察研究借鉴优秀作品。通过实地考察、书面调查等形式，广泛听取意见。

3、采用以理论研究和实证研究相结合的方法，遵循由实践到理论，再由理论回到实践的主线进行研究，力求使研究具有现实针对性和实际意义。

4、经过导师的正确指导进行研究课题。将自己的各阶段完成作品及时发给指导老师进行指导反馈，不断修改和提升设计水平。

5、用软件和手绘等设计工具对方案进一步深入。

重点:

结合业主的房型，充分的研究和勘察，构思设计方向，决定设计风格，合理的布局和功能化，听取业主的意见，重点做出使业主满意的效果图。 难点：

在合理化的空间布局中，若要将田园风格很好的应用，需要对整体设计思

路充分的把握和发挥，其次在表现形式与材料上，自身存在一定的不足，在整个毕业设计期间，需要将此方面的不足及时的进行补充。

轻快风格（豪爽大方）

柔和风格（平稳独立） 在上世纪未本世纪初，一种追求平稳中带点豪华的仿会所式的设计开始在各 式房地产楼盘的样板房和写字楼中出现，继而大量出现在普通的家居装饰之中。这种风格比较强调一种较为简单但又不失内容的装饰形式，逐步形成了以黑胡桃为主要木工装饰面板的风格。其中，简约主义和极简主义开始浮出水面。

都市风格（独立个性)

清新风格（轻淡写意）

这是一种在简约主义影响下衍生出来的一种带有“小资”味道的室内设计 风格。尤其是随着众多的单身贵族的出现，这种小资风格大量地出现在各式的公寓装修之中。由于很多时候，他们的居住者没有诸如老人和小孩之类的成员，所以在装修中不必考虑众多的功能问题。他们往往强调一种随意性和平淡性。轻飘的白色纱帘配着一张柔软的布艺沙发，再堆放着一堆各种颜色的抱枕，就形成了一个充满懒洋洋氛围的室内空间。

中式风格（复古） 随着众多现代派主义的出现，国内又兴起了一股复古风，那就是中式装饰风格的复兴。国画、书画及明清家具构成了中式设计的最主要元素。但这些复古家 私价格不菲，成为爱好者的一大障碍。
