20xx年12月6日星期二,我们三人一同前往东社汾酒陈醋专卖店,上午十点我们到达店内开始对本店进行考察。我们主要向店主询问了该店的经营历史、顾客类型、销售价格、供货类型以及促销方式。然后我们观察了店内陈设格局、店外交通环境,然后我们结合商店自身情况提出一些改进的意见。中午十一点半我们结束了考察返回学校。

下面是我们三个人对本次考察的收获:

韩冰:考察已经结束了,在这段短暂的过程中我学到了很多,我明白我们所学的知识与实践有很多的不同,知识应该和实践融合才能达到效果。其中我也学到一些与人交流的技巧,如何与让别人认可你,如何让别人愿意听从你的意见,如何使把自己的想法表达出来能让人接受。我还懂得了做生意的根本是保证商品的质量,不能坑害顾客。

侯运涛:这是本学期第一次关于市场营销的调查,了解到平时看起来一般的商店其背后的经济学知识非常之多,如果想做好一个商店也不是那么简单的事情,人际的交往,促销的手段以及对于货物的处理都体现出一个商店老板的管理才能,作为学生的我们应该谦虚,因为处处都能让我们学到知识。

王宝强:经过这次对商店的实地考察,我从中得到不少收获,把市场营销理论与实践对比,发现了生活中人们销售商品其实反应到书本上就是市场营销,怎么样选产品,怎么样做广告,怎么样促销自己产品,这有很大的学问,比如在高速路口,大型车辆过往的路旁你就不能销售妇女婴儿用品,因为经过的妇女很少,你的广告要简单易懂不能有歧义模糊意思,更要有吸引力,促销也是很大的学问,比如你50元一瓶酒就不如59元一瓶买5瓶送一瓶比较更吸引人,这样既能提高销量而且价格上没有少,总之我们要把学到的知识运用到实践中去,即使你不真正实践也要用心去了解去调查,这样学习才有意义,才能学到属于你的学问。

㈡ 经营历史

此店从20xx年开始营业,一直到今天,刚开始就是小规模的卖土特产,由于资金比较短缺,刚开始时各类产品库存很少,销量也不是很多,资金周转都不是很好,但由于此店的优越位置,该店的生意越来越好,再加上他的产品质量都很好,

赢的了新老客户的好评,现在该店老板已经有5个分店,经营效果很好,而且有专门的库房,保证充足的货源,规模越来越大。

二、门店地理位置分析

㈠ 街道位置、朝向

位置:兴华街西环高速路口处

朝向:坐北朝南

㈡ 顾客购买的方便情况

该商店地处高速路口,正对物流公司,他的顾客针对的是物流公司运输的司机,所以对于顾客的购买十分方便,但有点不足是该地段的居民不是很多而且距居民区距离遥远,所以不便村里的人去购买。

三、门店的经营环境分析

㈠ 周边环境分析

该店周围是一些大型物流公司以及一些机械公司。该店处于太原市与外界交流的重要交通枢纽区,此处外来人员居多,职业大多是工人以及外地司机。他们对散酒以及山西特产老陈醋的需求比较大。

此处交通比较便利,但是环境比较差。

四、店名与形象分析

㈠ 店名分析

该店名字就简单的四个字:陈醋汾酒,简单明了,让顾客一目了然。 ㈡ 场地分析

本店只有20平米大的地方,店内主要是存货,基本没有设计概念。

㈢ 形象分析

该店的形象实在是普通,没有什么独特的地方,也许正是这没有特点就成了最后的特点。

五、经营的商品分析

㈠ 商品种类分析

宁化府陈醋、灯山井陈醋、水塔陈醋、紫林陈醋、东湖陈醋、散酒、老白汾十年、二十年、竹叶青、瓷汾酒、黄盖汾酒、杏花香、柳林枣。这是本店目前所经营的产品。产品主要是陈醋和汾酒两种,两种商品都可以存货,因为商品是越存越好。 ㈡ 商品价格分析

宁化府老陈醋25元/壶、陈醋20元/壶,水塔陈醋15元/壶、老陈醋20元/壶,紫林陈醋15元/壶、保健醋5元/瓶、7元/瓶、8元/瓶,东湖老陈醋23元/壶、饺子醋9元/瓶,散竹叶青12元/斤,散玫瑰汾13元/斤,老白汾十年110元/瓶、二十年300元/瓶、竹叶青45元/瓶、瓷汾酒45元/瓶、黄盖汾酒50元/瓶、杏花香礼品盒68元/瓶、玻璃瓶18元/瓶。商品的价格区间比较大,有普通大众消费的,有中档客人消费的,也有高档消费的。这样的价格区间能把所有的消费者都罗列进来,利益空间更大。

六、客户分析

㈠ 客户的类型分析

主要客户是物流公司运输司机,周围的居民和附近的打工人员,司机占主要部分, ㈡ 客户量分析

物流高峰期在冬季,快过年时期,所以此时是该店收益最好的时候,司机过年回家都想带点特产,还有打工的人也是此想法,所以此时的销量居全年的高峰,进入冬季白酒的销量也是全年的高峰期,夏天是淡季,几乎没有什么人购买。

七、供应商分析

㈠ 供应商类型

陈醋是厂家直接供货,散酒是批发商供货。

㈡ 物流

厂家配送,自己到厂家拿货,因为是本地特产,所以没有长距离的供货不需要物

一般是现金拿货,有的批发商也给予比较好的条件,卖完货再给钱,或者一个月结一回账等情况。

八、促销分析

㈠ 常用的促销方法分析

1:顾客购买较多瓶酒时相应的赠送柳林枣(柳林枣的销量不好,用销量好的酒带动枣的销量)

2:若是结婚或是孩子满月等喜日子买酒的顾客,相对平时会较便宜一些,这样购买的数量会增加,也会增加本店的名声。

3:对于较差销量的酒,会进行相应的降价促销,这样会相应的增加销量。 4:不同季节也实行不同的销售政策,酒的淡季通常会降价或是赠送其他商品。 5:对于长期客户则会优惠,并主动提供送酒上门的业务。

㈡ 促销效果的估计

1:周围饭店几乎都由其提供酒水和陈醋

2:达到三个月500箱醋的销售目标

3:长期客户很多,在顾客心中的名声很好。

八、营销效果的估计与分析

㈠ 销售价格分析

在促销过程中,价格会相对降低一些,根据商品的利润适当的下降几块钱。或者价格不变,在一定的销售量前提下,送礼品。

㈡ 销售量的估计

在促销活动中,销售量应该会提升一些,但是顾客量不会增加很多,只是原来的顾客会购买更多的数量。

㈢ 成本估计

前期投资成本会高一些,因为需要存一部分货,但是总体来看成本还是降低了。

㈣ 毛利分析

该商店经营的是陈醋和汾酒,醋类与酒类产品属于薄利多销,每瓶醋的毛利在2到3元,每瓶酒为5到10元,零售毛利不大,批发利润可观,在从促销的活动中毛利会相对增加。

可以找出毛利高的产品并重点的进行销售或促销;对于单品毛利低但销量好的产品和增加其投入量;对于毛利低销量不好的产品,可以适当的下架。 将毛利按照月份进行趋势分析,找到其中波动的原因并进行改进。

㈤ 量本利分析

利润=销售收入-总成本,销售的高低与成本的大小决定着利润的多少,之前提过此商店产品为薄利多销型,那么就是怎样做到多进货和多卖货。例如之前提过的销售方式,卖酒送里礼品,将礼品的成本价加到酒里面,这样不仅会促进酒的销售量,更可以将卖不动的产品“送”出去,将自己的损失降到了0。

九、综合分析与改进的建议

1、该商店的店面比较狭窄,高峰期有两个人在里面买东西就进不去人了,这样容易流失顾客,建议扩大一下自己的店面。

2、该店没有自己的文化底蕴,建议给自己的店起一个比较正式的名字,最好是融入自身的文化。

3、店内装修要有品位,使店面形象提升,可以增加顾客对此的好感,使顾客更乐意走进店内。

4、做更多的促销活动,可以进一步巩固老顾客的关系,也可以增加一些新顾客。

Abstract:

This paper is commissioned to study the college students’ attitudes towards network hypes. Network has already penetrated into every aspect of our life. We use internet to search for almost whatever information we need.

Our society has been experiencing a net-volution. Internet has already changed our life way. We use internet banking to pay the cost of water and electricity. Through network, we can buy many things without going out of our house. According to the statistics from Industry Information Department, internet users in china have already passed 400 millions. China has become NO.1 in the number of internet users.

Many events can be spread through internet quickly. So many Network Red are appeared, such as Sister Furong , Sharp brother. There are also many hypes online everyday. For many people, they do not know whether these events are true or not. Only people involving in the events know. For many hypes, the purpose is to make more people to know them or to increase the degree of concerns about these events. In order to know the students’ attitudes towards the network hypes and if these hypes and the whole network environment can affect people’s life values, authors of this paper make an investigation and study the results of this survey.

Through this study, the paper concludes that most people are familiar with network hypes and have a comprehensive mind with these events. However network environment has a more or less effect on people’s life value and most believe that internet users should obey a moral standard.

1.Methodology and procedure

The authors of this paper use the form of the questionnaire. In this questionnaire, we design ten questions. Each of the ten questions involves an aspect about network hypes. From these questions, we can study people’s attitudes towards the network hypes.

A total of 20 individuals participate in the survey. They are all from college students. Although the number of people involving this survey is small, they are covering different grades and to some extent, it still can stand for some point of view. If time permits we can design more questions in this questionnaire and find more students to join in this investigation.

After stating these questionnaires, we use excel to make charts in order to make our investigation more clearly and vividly. Through the statistics, we can get our conclusions. Then we analysis the results and have our recommendations.

These are our methodology and procedure about this investigation.

2.Presentation and results

In this part, I will give nine charts. Each chart represents the result to the corresponding question. Then I will give some explanations to these charts.

Among this investigation, there are 3 girls and 17 boys. Although the number of girls is small, it meets BeiHang university’s ratio of girl to boy. All of them are students from BeiHang university.

From chart 1, we can see that at least 85% of the participants know network red. This may demonstrate that most college students are concerning more or less these network red and events involving with them.

As we can see from chart 2, 70% of the participants believe that celebrity scandals or hypes are only the private life of stars. Only 5% think that it is very difficult to accept those bad things happened on stars or other celebrities. 30% consider that those protagonists deep in the hypes are the victims. 15% feel that these hypes are against the law. According these statistics we can draw that most of college students have an entertainment attitude to these hypes although some believe that network hypes should be given a moral concern and not against the law.

This question is about the reason why those network hypes can appear. From the result we can see 70% believe that it is the malicious media speculation that makes the hypes so common. From this question we believe that most college students in fact have their own ideas about hypes and understand the essential of those hypes.

Facing more and more hypes, some of which are malicious, from the point of view of author, we think these maybe have effects on youth. This chart shows us that 75% believe that whether hypes should be controlled depends on the situation. Only 15% think that they must be controlled by government. We may conclude that for most internet user hypes online are within their tolerance.

Take Sister feng for example, 85% do not like the way Sister feng gets famous. Only 5% believe it is all right. From the result we can see that although students are concerned with hypes, they do not think this way to get famous is a good mode.

Although hypes do not have essential effects on our real life, maybe they can gradually change our outlook on life. This question is to determine if students are affected by these hypes. From this result we can get that 45% students are affected to some extent by hypes.

Internet provides us a virtual world, totally different from our real life. As the corresponding, whether different moral system should be obeyed. Through this statistic, 80% students believe that we should obey the traditional moral. 20% think that we should change our moral system.

From the statistic we could see that most college students know of the hypes happening recently. However most believe that the hypes are just entertainment products, and have an entertainment attitude towards them. Although almost half of the students are more or less affected by the hypes, they do not hope these hypes happening on them. Facing the virtual network world, most students call for obey the moral.

3.Conclusion

College students take more time on network surfing everyday, which already is their life style. Things and persons are easily becoming popular on the net. And now some persons are very well-known through network hypes, Such as Sister Furong, Shoushou, Sharp brother which are already famous figures on the net for a short time. The protagonists of network hypes gain the fame in a non-traditional way and gain the benefit more or less. Whereas, on one hand, the mass are rational facing the network hypes, they clearly realize that network hypes are bad activities and rumors which are mostly fabricated and arranged deliberately by the organizers. The majority will ignore and not care the network hypes. On the other hand, the mass more or less attend the communication of the network hypes as an entertainment and seek the pleasure from them. Whereas, as a channel of the culture, the mass holds that the network hypes which affect the value concept of the mass should be forbidden, and the regulations or laws should be established quickly.

role in the communication of the mass. Net is already different from the others old communication channels, its range of the communication is more wide, its speed of the communication is quicker, and its interaction of the communication is stronger.

What are the influences of network hypes on the social education?

Now, network hypes are very common on the net. The minority make use of the networks hypes to obtain individual interest through the net, especially gain the economic interests. They take all kinds of measures to achieve theirs aims not thinking of the influences on the mass . So they totally communicate some strongly wrong messages to the mass. Especially, some wrong valve concepts are communicated to the young population, so they affect the thinking growing of the young population, which is a serious social problem. So network hypes only service the minority which is black-hearted and selfish, whereas harm the interests of the mass. This kind of phenomenon is totally wrong.

What and how do the mass and the government should do facing the network hypes?

We need the right world view, philosophy and value concept in the society, especially for the young population whose thinking is maturing. The society need be harmonious and healthy, and develop as a right method. Everyone can seek something meaningful from the society to develop themselves actively and rightly.

So net should communicate something right and meaningful, not dirty and wrong. On one hand, the organizers and the protagonists of network hypes have better realize what they do on the earth and the bad influences of their activities on the society and the mass. If possible, they may correct their bad thoughts and activities. On the other hand, the government should make some regulations or laws to restrict the networks hypes to protect the interests of the mass. The real names are registered on the BBS to avoid network hypes. If the organizers and the protagonists of network hypes appear, they can be pursued his legal responsibility. At the same time, the mass should obey regulations or laws, and make our best and restrict ourselves on the morality.
